It was beautiful decorated, very friendly and clean. Nothing. It was great as we said, it was very clean, very friendly staff - including the cleaning lady on our floor, (she said good morning before we did. It was quiet, yet you walked into the room to hear soft music playing - that changes the atmosphere so as you walk in the room. Loved it! I believe it is the best stay anywhere we have ever had and it was just for an overnighter!

This hotel offers superb customer service. It can use a bit of work on product however the staff makes up for it. Enjoyed my stay.

Check in time was 3PM, but we arrived at 2 and our room was already prepared. There was 3 of us, and were there was an option of a roleaway, the chair in the room was long enough and comfortable enough so that it was nice to sleep in. Our trip kept us busy, so a lot of the things like Pool and restaurant were not used. 2 of the 3 of us needed coffee in the morning, and we were provided with a coffe maker and coffee, but no filters. The first attempt at making coffee with a makeshift filter ended in failure.

Close to other locations where I was visiting. Linens and water cups were not cleaned properly and I had to request replacements. The hotel is aging and could use a fresh coat of paint and change of carpeting in the lobbies and rooms. Linens, Water and Coffee cups provided all had various degree of stains that could have been easily cleaned with proper wash. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again or recommend.

Convenient to the airport and able to get up and go without any trouble in the am. Waiting for the shuttle as I must have just missed one and I was cold waiting. Excellent hotel and very comfortable room with all that I needed for my transit stay.

I have stayed here many times before. Great value for money Nothing not to like. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the Toronto Airport.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hot tub was cold and there were ants in the pool area. All comments, requests were handled competently and with good speed. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.

Clean, size and amenities. Those who are staying in hotel have to pay parking. The hotel was comfortable. It was clean. The staff was friendly. I will most definitely come back to the hotel.

Convenient location very near entrance, nicely appointed suites. Did not appreciate thatI had pay $12for parking. Great location. Suites are fairly newly appointed. Bathroom was very small, couldn't open the door with someone else in the bathroom. Parking is additional $12.00

4 pillows of different firmness on each double bed. Very convenient to the airport with frequent, free shuttle service between 4am and 10pm. Subway sandwich shop on other side of an adjacent hotel (3 minutes walk). High-rise building of 10 floors, very clean with upscale lobby. Very professional, friendly staff and all in uniformed attire. A very positive experience!
