Date of Stay: August, 2008

I stayed here, attended a concert in a ballroom they were having, had severe chest pains, went to lobby and lay on couch,staff came to check on me, and when i didn't respond to her, asking if i was ok, she called 911 they took me to the hosp. and the wall of my heart was squeezing. The ambulance came took me to the hosp and i got out the next day. Thank you for being so caring! bad reviews of this hotel are not at all fair, they are great!!

Although staff was friendly, when questions were asked, they appeared to be put off and responses were very short without detailed clarifications. In person, they often turned their backs and left area after short responses were given. When questioning by phone, quick hangups after responding occured.

Iwasn't mugged. Dirty, smelly, unsafe, scary, bad location, bad service. Terrible hotel.

This was Elvis Week. The hotel was 3 miles from Graceland. The staff was friendly and helpful,except the young lady who could not give directions because she always gets lost in Memphis-as we did EVERYDAY. We were surprised,at check-in, to receive 6 coupons each for free breakfast buffets and drinks at the bar. Surprisingly, we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. When we complained the second day that the fridge wasn't working properly, the desk man immediately called housekeeping. By the time we got up to our room, the fridge was being replaced. The air conditioning in the lobby,halls and elevators was sub-par. However, it was 105 degrees everyday. Dishes and garbage were left out in the halls too long-24 hours,at least.

I liked the hotel overall but there was insect problem. Someone left the window opem which in turn I was killing spiders and mosquitoes before I went ot bed and when I woke up in the morning.

Clean and neat. Close to highway. Never came back to clean our room when we did not let them in the 1st time. Nice hotel. Although by the airport, the closeness to the highway made it accessible to downtown Memphis and attractions. Although we never used it, there was also a shuttle to Beale Street. Very nice staff, and for the money we paid, a great hotel. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. However there were alot of inconsistancies in hotel procedures/hrs of operation. The hotel could have been cleaner. For example: the room next door ordered room service and the tray/dirty plates sat in the hall for 3 days. Also, there were a bunch of wet hotel towels that sat on the table at the pool for 2 days! The carpet in the lobby/hallways need to be changed. We were hoping for a free continental breakfast(something simple would have been nice) but the lobby just served coffee. Other than the aforementioned items, staff was personable and tried hard. Rooms/ bedding very clean! Well, you asked.......

The hotel is dirty and run down. The staff is terrible and so is the management so it's no wonder. The ducks in the atrium are not sanitary and there were cockroaches in the ballroom near the kitchen.

well this hotel was very spacious, first impressions when you walk into the lobby is that its lacking something, but as you stay in the place, and try out the pool area this is a peaceful heven, really top class place to have your sun and relax, pool beds are as good as a real bed, really nice place but be prepared to hear planes going overhead, you get used to them , other than that its a real good value place and the breakfast area, spotless clean, and good selection of food, butmost of all if the staff could be given stars for friendleness, say out of ten they deserve to get 20 they go above the call of duty to assist thier guests.we had a great stay and would definitly tell others to stay as well.

On my reservation I had requested a non-smoking room. Once I arrived at the hotel the I was told that the hotel did not offer non-smoking rooms. I showed my reservation from travelocity, nothing was done, the front desk attendant asked me "" do you want the room yes or no?"" I was very disappointed with the beginning of my trip. I would not recommend the property.

The location is good. The room was very comfortable. The TV remote didn't work. The desk clerk had someone look at it, but it still didn't work that night. Room wasnot cleaned on my second last day there.
