accomadations met our needs, very little time spent on site. location was approx 8 miles from our meeting site, only down side. staff was personable and helpful. hallways a little dim and muggy. fire alarm sounded at 3 am. during and after evacuation there was no communication to guests who had left their rooms for the parking lot. Obviously not all guests left the building, just the 3rd floor guest gathered outside waiting for info and all clear. Security guards seen in locked lobby. After, now explanation was provided. Too exhausted to inquire further.

"I stay here often because they give me a decent rate, but the housekeeping has become less than par over the last few visits. When asked for the bthrm to be recleaned, my request was ignored twice. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds are comfortable and the down comforters are warm. Yes, the heated pool is ice cold and the hot tub has NO jets, but hey it is memphis!! The room service is at laest adequate if not overpriced, but when isn't it? The best part of the place is the location, price , mgr and restaurant chef who is always friendly and helpful. "

Location. Everything else. Sure it was nice 25 years ago. This hotel is not a 3-Star hotel. Everything about the room was old and dirty. The A/C didn't work properly, the shower was dirty, the carpet is old and bad, the couch was stained and very dusty. The lobby wasn't too bad, but then you get off the elevator and walk back into 1985.

Good security in hotel and in parking lot. Internet signal was very weak in my room on 9th floor at the hallways end.

The staff was friendly. Its hard to get to from the highway. The hotel is okay for the money. The wireless is free, but one of the staff did ask for a tip after delivering my room service which was a big turn off.

The breakfast was the best thing food was great and the service. The hotel was old and scary not clean and fresh looking like the Marriott courtyard. I would not recommend the Holiday Inn at all.

Good location, but hard to get to. WiFi didn't work in room. Room needed maintenance. Great Priceline price. Pretty good room, pillows, etc. Wireless network only worked in lobby.

Slow to help us with an issue with the TV. We had to follow up with them and the room wasn't clean. Front desk was slow even though there were on 2 of us in line. The TV in our 1st room didn't work and the bathroom counter top was sticky and the mirror had not been cleaned. Front desk sent someone to look at the TV and he came very quickly but was unable to resolve the issue. He left and said that he was going to get another TV and bring it to our room. After 45 minutes and we heard nothing then we went down to the front desk. We were told that we were set up to be moved to another room but they were in the process of changing shifts so they had been unable to stop to contact us. We moved to another room and again the bathroom counter top was dirty (even sticky with toothpaste) and the mirror had not been cleaned. There was a card on our bed that said the room had been cleaned.

It was very clean and easy to get to. Front desk was very helpful on questions. Everything to do you would have to drive to nothing was in walking distance they needed more maps of. It was a very joyfully time of stayI would stay there again.
