Perfect hotel for attending baseball game.

Location. Lack of enough elevators. Location to Turner Field is the reason that I chose this hotel. Only a half mile walk to entrance.

No one seems to take on responsibility at this property. Passing the buck is common practice. It was difficult to get anyone to even book my reservation; I kept being transferred to different departments, each time being told that so-and-so would be able to help me. At check-in, the front desk was neither helpful nor hospitable. They were dismissive, uninterested, and rude! Decent enough accommodations, but the customer service was incredibly lacking!

Everything was great except the surprise $18 a day parking fee. There is no excuse for such a high rate for a guest.

I found the staff to be warm and friendly. TV was limited to very few channels, could not access fox news. Great access to the downtown area and sporting attractions. Good parking area, even if it did cost $18 to park overnight. Rooms were clean and seemed to have been recently renovated.

Just went for leisure. Great location/staff. Very clean, shuttle was excellent. Was on time pick up and drop off was never a problem! Service all the main attractions for the entire family. Very clean and cozy, not too pricey. Daily room cleaning. Business center was reliable. Would stay Again!

While in Atlanta, we visited the Georgia Aquarium, Bass Pro Shop, and the Zoo Atlanta. Also watched the Braves play ball. Learned quickly how the public transportation system works and had a great time.

Loved how close Turner Field and downtown was. Great location! Parking fee. This hotel was clean and in a great location. You could simply walk to the game and back with ease. Downtown was just a short drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

all of the staff are very helpful and courteous I would definetly stay there again!

The staff was great. On July 4, 2009 we got lost on the way back from Stone Mountain. We called the hotel and the man who answered the phone led us back to the hotel. We were greatful because we were in a part of town that we did not belong in. We went to the Aquarium, the Coca Cola Museum, the Fernbank Museum, CNN, and Cyclorama. I cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel. Yes I would stay there again. The parking was $18 per night but the shuttle was worth that because we did not have to move our vehicle and the driver was pleasant and picked us up and took us where we wanted to go.

Location. TV remore did not work. Attractive location in Downtown Atlanta close to the Capital and reasonable close to the convention center. Excellent shuttle service.

My room was on the third floor and the entire floor had an awful smell the whole 3 days. Food trays and other trash stayed in the hallway for 3 days. There was food smeared on the sheets of one bed and a big red stain on the sheets of the other bed. The Housekeeping staff was awful. After calling three times, someone at the front desk finally answered and had someone bring sheets for me to put on my bed. I politely refused and without hesitation she changed the sheets. The food was good but slightly pricey. The tip is included in carry out orders from the restaurant and they still ask if you want your change. Overall, my stay was ok and I would stay there again. The front desk were very nice and the shuttle service was wonderful.

For the Hotel to be part of the Holiday Inn family they had extra cost. Parking was $18, No Breakfast Buffent and they do not allow pets. I don't think I will be staying at this location again.

Our trip was fine. We liked the location of the hotel and the shuttle was greta. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food prices were a bit high and unlike other hotels there was no morning newspaper. The rooms were clean, but the room and the rest of the hotel needs some work. Our car did get damged while we were there. Over all it was a good stay and I would come back because of the staff and that shuttle.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a graduation. The hallways to the rooms smelled very old and I got the feeling that the building was old and probably was purchased by Holiday Inn. I have been to California, Maryland, Texas, and Arkansas and the holiday inn has always been my choice of hotel stay, with the Magnolia, Arkansas location being my favorite. Though the hotel in Atlanta had the company's name, it by no means had the high quality rooms that I am accustom to. The worst part of my stay is the room had some form of moisture in the air which made the linen and bed covers feel very moist. That made the ability to rest very difficult! The customer service, which include the front desk, maintenance, and room service, at this location was very exceptional and that is the only reason I did not switch hotels during my visit.

Really convenient location! Under 20 Minutes from all of Atlanta's Attractions! Pool Was not opened to public, and there is no hot tub, had to pay $15 a night for parking. Great Hotel! Very classy and great location. VERY friendly staff!

The hotel was great for our convention. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was perfect. My air went out at one point and was fixed immediately. The shuttle service was very accommodating. They ran the shuttle every 30 minutes and were great about getting us where we needed to be at the right time. We felt like we got the best deal because the shuttle service dropped us at the door of the convention center while many of our friends were walking quite a distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The motel was close to Turner Field. I did not like haveing to pay to park. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

View from the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. That there was no indoor swimming pool or more leisure time equipment, such as racket ball courts or a gym. Very friendly, helpful, neat. Missing more leisure activity equipment areas, such as gym, racket ball court or tennis court, and an indoor swimming pool.
