Comfortable, pleasant andconvenient. Only one way to the rooms, through main entrance. I've stayed there before and liked it very much. Good experience, and would definitely return.

The pool was refreshing and the jacuzzi was nice. Not that we used the game room, but I thought it was a great idea for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This was definitely a family oriented hotel.

Room great, ate at hotel due to rain, food was fine. I stayed here on a driving trip from Florida to Boston. Was a comfortable stay right off the highway.

Convenient to I-295, several restaurants, shops and service stations. Located in very nice, clean area. Room was nice with plenty of workspace.

We arrived at approximately 1:30 pm and were told aour rooms would not be available until 3:00 pm. Okay. We waited in the lobby. Although we asked, no drinks, coffee or tea was available. At 3:00 pm we were told our room was still not available. At 3:15 pm, after asking to speak to a manager, I was told that we could have rooms. My husband and my room had a disabled toilet. We had to flush it by hand (the chain was missing from the tank). My parents room had a contraption on the sliding door making it unoperable. Additionally the balcony was wrapped with construction tape. One room was located on the first floor while the other was on the second floor. They were at complete opposite ends of the hotels. No one in the hotel ever attempted to even appologize for the inconveniences.

Generally pleasant atmosphere, and nice size room. Would have liked larger/nicer television. Hotel itself was nice, albeit slightly dated feeling. Hotel staff was generally very friendly. Had breakfast buffet, which was highly disappointing. Food selection was minimal and generic for the price, and service was lacking. Waited for almost 5 minutes before being acknowledged to be seated despite not being very busy. Waitress got me a glass of water, but never bothered to check to give me a refill, even when she unceremoniously dropped the bill on my table.

I loved the friendliness of the staff - they were helpfull in knowing the surrounding area-I also loved the DJ. I just hated to leave. I think the hotel is a really very nice. It is a good romantic get away. They had a special for valentine. They know their surrounding area if you need to go somewhere. I think they are great.

The pool setting was nice although I was worried about whether the proper maintenance had been done. House cleaning was knocking persistently at my door at 8 am even though I had a do not disturb sign out. The staff seemed to be trying, they simply did not appear intelligent enough to get things going properly for this star level. This hotel would beok.

The lobby area was very impressive and very clean. The staff were all very nice. I was a little far from things in general. All in all we were very pleased with our hotel and our accomodations. The price was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable, quite nice after a long day at the race track. Continental breakfast wasnot complimentary, it was $6.95 and coffee was an extra charge. Nice, clean, comfortable accommodations. Right off the highway with several places to eat within minutes. The only disappointment was breakfast, I can't remember the last time I was at a hotel that didn't offer a complimentary continental breakfast. Coffee wasn't even included in the breakfast menu, that was an extra charge.

Hotel has open lounge and good food. Hotel room and common areas could be updated and cleaner. Overall, the staff is great and the provided business features are helpful. The entire hotel could be cleaner.

Nice pool. Curtains in room did not come close to keeping out the light. Ok place. Doesn't deserve a 3 star which many Marriott's, Hiltons, Hyatt's receive. This is not as nice as those chains. At least it was cheap. I hate that Holiday Inn products are increasingly showing up as 3 stars.

Whirlpool & pool - very clean and refreshing. Sink had sticky top- not cleaned thoroughly. Mostly very clean & comfortable. Housekeeping brought me up tooth paste - I forgot mine - in just a few minutes! Bed was very comfy. Very pleased. I would definitely stay with Hilton again.
