The Holiday Inn Select Windsor was a very nice hotel. They made arrangements for our late check-in and early check-out. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint was the temperature of the room. It was very cold outside, but we couldn't seem to turn off the heat, which made the room very, very warm.

The personal service of receptionist staff was exceptional. The breakfast quality was less than what I expected. It was our anniversary. The reception staff acknowledged this with enthusiasm, and a comment that they would try to find us an exceptional room considering the event. An hour after our arrival, two glasses of wine were delivered to our room. Totally unexpected! Upon our departure, a personal greeting was offered once again and we were offered a gracious departure that would find us definitely returning. Service really does make the difference!

We loved the spacious room and found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The pub and restaurant were warm and welcoming and the staff was friendly. The desk staff was also especially friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again when we return to Windsor.

how an amazing place to stay! close to so much! had a great get away with my amazing girlfriend. everyone was great-they even helped us with our late check in. perfect. highly recommneded.

Our children dined free, we had the pool to ourselves. Pool facilities were 1980's in appearance but still functioned at today's current standards. Great staff, a delightful restaurant with lovely buffet meals adjoining the hotel! We could not have afforded the weekend we had, had it not been for the savings we received through Priceline!

It was clean, comfortable and convenient for our purposes. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. The room and the facilities were clean and well maintained making our check-in, stay and departure smooth and effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable beds, heat lamp in bathroom, staff was very helpful and nice pool area. We stayed one night and it was great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bathroom although a little dated was it excellent working order. Our room had a very large closet space which had a dedicated light. The bathroom had a heat lamp which was great and our hairdryer worked but it's the kind where the on switch is in the holder and not on the dryer itself. Pool area consisted of three pools a whirlpool, a larger deep swimming pool and they had a dedicated shallow pool 3ft and 4 inches deep which was great for my 5 year old. I would definitely stay here again.
