The layout of the room was great. It's always nice to have a restaurant right there at the hotel. I did call for room service, but no one picked up the call, so I just went to the restaurant and got an order to go. The fitness facility is small and nothing fancy, but it's there. The location was good - right next to where I needed to go for buisness, movie theater next door, and starbucks within walking distance for a quick breakfast and caffine.

I booked 6 rooms 2 months in advance of our stay, as well as referred all of our wedding guests to this hotel. Upon arrival our rooms were in a wing that had sustained water damage. There was machinery in the hallway running, blowing hot air(in the summer! it was hot as we and our guests were trying to get ready for the wedding). There were hoses in the hallway on the floor that we had to lift the luggage cart over to get to our room. The machinery ran all night, making incedible noise, that finally I got up, and unpluged or turned off all the machinery, so our guests and ourselves could get some sleep. I booked all the rooms, as 2 Queen beds, non-smoking, and they put my step-son in a single bed room, without a functioning air conditioner(It was in the 80's!) forcing my grand-daughter to sleep in a chair! The staff did nothing to correct the problems, showed no concern or care, offered nothing in customer service or compassion, and offered nothing in compensation. I feel that all our rooms should be refunded, as well as all our guests who were put in this unacceptable under repair wing. No one should have been forced to stay in these conditions, but we were as we had a wedding to go to(my wedding!). What really bothers me is that it was bad enough that my new wife and myself and family were subjected to these conditions, but numerous guests that I referred were also, and this is a reflection on me personally which is unacceptable. Upon check out we made our complaints known, but all we received is insincere platitudes. They took our number supposedly to have a manager call. 5 days later, we're still waiting!

We paid for the upgrade to a king size bed. Upon arrival, we were told that they only had a queen bed room available. They did not honor the credit-card reservation for the room that was confirmed online and via phone before the visit.

This hotel was less than average. The hallway smelled of mold. The the room next to ours was vacant and the alarm sounded at 4 am, calls to the front desk were fruitless to get the alarm turned off until we yelled at the clerk.Maid service was good, the shampoo provided was very nice.

It was in a central location - easy to get to. Grout in bathroom showed grim. Bathroom too small. Likely to hit your shin on the toilet.

As soon as I walked in this hotel I knew it was a quality hotel. The Holiday Inn-Renton had everything I needed. The room was super clean and tastefully decorated. It had a 24 hour shuttle which made going to and from the airport easy, as well as anywhere else I needed to go. The attached restaurant was not only convenient, but the food was superb. The staff met my every need promptly. To put it simply my every need was met, both in accomodations and by the staff. I would definetly recommend this as a place to stay.

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in sink was awful & air conditioning didn't reach bathroom - it was hot! Upon entering the hotel it looked nice. Hotel staff was friendly however we were given the wrong room information and had to return to the desk to get the correct room. The room looked okay, nothing spectacular - just a room. Our view overlooked the roof air conditioning units - ugly. The air conditioner was loud and went on and off all night long interrupting our sleep. The cool air never reached the bathroom and it stayed hot and was difficult to be in. The water pressure in the sink was either nonexistent or so high it splashed all over everything on the sink. Bathtub was extremely small and if you were a large person you would have a difficult time taking a shower. There were soap holders in the bathtub that were shaped like shells and they poked into you as you were taking a shower - design not well thought out. I would never stay here again.

I was satisfied with my stay at this Hotel, but I had to change rooms as the first room assigned to me was supposed to be non-smoking and it had a VERY strong smoke odor when I walked in. The their credit they immediately moved me to another room when I brought this to their attention. This motel is just off of the 405 exit and is very easy to access.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We love it. The restaurant is pricey and it's just okay. We enjoy very much coming to the Holiday Inn. It is in a great location for where we like to shop/dine and it's a very pleasant place to be.

Free airport shuttle operating 24/7. Also free internet access. Plumbing (toilet particularly) was slightly antiquated

Convenient location. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Even the elevator smelled like smoke. Great location. Minutes away from Seatac airport and Seattle. Good for families. However, the non-smoking room had a Smokey smell to it. Even the elevator smelled like smoke.I did not feel that this was a 3 star hotel.

Very efficient check in process. Asked for directions to local facility, and clerk printed it out. Outstanding!! Accomoded my requests for quiet rm Failed to program key for my entire visit. Had to reprogram after first day. Bathroom a bit cramped.

The front desk help was very kind with a good sense of humor. The view from our room was just level with an unattractive roof. For just a simple one night getaway, this hotel fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable, which was all I needed. But it was not at all a three star experience.
