The fitness center was excellent. I didn't use the pool but it also was excellent. Hot room when I arrived. I didn't like being surprised with a $15/charge for parking.

I have been a Priority Club member for years and have stayed in many Holiday Inns. This has got to be someones bad joke> I have never been treated so rudely, rooms dirty, food sucks, could go on but why. Good points, location, thats it.

Room had musty smell. Staff was rude. Breakfast Buffet was awful. This was definetly my worst ever hotel experience. The bathroom was not clean.

Close to airport. Rooms not kept up, halls looked unmaintained. Needs an overhaul in appearance, rooms need to be upgraded. Everything looked like it was used hard and put away wet.

This hotel is over priced. The plumbing was not working good. There was mldew in the bathroom. The room smell musty. You have to pay too much for the business center. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

There was a lack of sundries in the room--no soap, no lotion, no small shampoos. Soap is certainly a necessity I expect to find in my hotel room. The staff at the bar and at breakfast were most polite and helpful. For a one night stay it was fine.

Fireplace in the lobby. The room had a nasty stale smell. Fine for a quick stay near the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good.

I don't normally complain about hotels, becuase I don't expect much, but my goodness! That was the dirtiest, most cramped hotel room I've ever had. There were actually holes in the walls, and you couldn't run the AC while trying to sleep because it was so loud. Lastly, the front desk staff acted as if you were bothering them by trying to check-in. I'd sleep in my car before returning there!

We stayed at the Sea-Tac Holiday Inn the day before a holiday, during a week of abominable traveling conditions. Despite the increased stress that travelers were under, the entire staff from the shuttle driver to the housekeepers were very friendly and efficient. Our stay was simple and hassle-free and we were happy to have chosen such a clean, comfortable establishment.

Close to the airport. Hotel charges a fee of 12.00 to park! Very warm and friendly atmosphere.

We were assigned a room on the 11/F Priority Club but the room smell musty. No bath tub. We complain to the front desk and gave us a different room on 3/F but to our surprise it has also a strange smell. We requested a different room again but were asked to speak to the front desk manager that has a very bad English accent and told us that all the rooms smell the same and it was totally an awful smell and can't believe that the Front Desk Manager claims that all their rooms smells like that. She recommended to have the house keeping come over to spray the room but they never came.

For all of the problems that the snowfall caused, I thought the hotel staff did a great job in making my stay very nice experience. Rooms were clean and warm. Location was great ( next to Sea-Tac ) Dining room was a disappointment, as it was understaffed. All in all, money well spent.

The Holiday inn Seatle Sea-tac Airport was a great location and very clean. Easy for me to check in, and the free shuttle was a great convenience to the airport. The staff was friendly and the food was good for a quick bite at dinner. There is even breakfast in the morning and free coffee in the lobby for my early shuttle ride! I would definitely stay there again when traveling through Seatle.

The Holiday Inn SEATAC was a great choice for a one-night overnight between flights. I only waited a few minutes for the shuttle, the ride was less then 5 minutes, and I was checked in and in my room very quickly. The restaurant in the hotel was good enough food wise, and the service was great. And the shuttle returned to the airport every 20 minutes so I wasn't stressed about missing a ride.
