Clean and service people were friendly. Heat and internet did not work and the distance to mail lobby is too far. This was not worth the money spent. Clean and nice but not worth the price.

The bed was hard as a rock and I didn't get a good nights sleep all week. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. The alarm clock flashed 12:00 the whole time I was there because it was broken and could not be set. I told the front desk three times and three times they said they'd fix it. My last day I had to get up at 4:30 for my flight home and they did not give me a wake up call. The pool at this hotel looks really nice, but nobody was ever in it, and I learned why when I tried to use it - - it was as cold as Lake Superior. There's no vending machines. They claim to have a shuttle bus to the airport, but I did not see it. I have to go back to SLP a lot over the next few years, and I will never stay here again.

The Holiday Inn was wonderful. We had clean rooms and the restaurants were great. They also had live music which added to the ambiance. I would stay here again.
