I liked the hotel and I would stay here again. The location is good, near the QEW, the mall and grocery, and also near restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only small complaint was that my room was near the door into the hallway so I could hear everyone coming in and out.

This hotel was very nice. They had an awesome staff that was there to help me whenever I needed it and the rooms were amazing. The only problem was that the door to our deck didn't open, but since we didn't spend much time in the room it wasn't a big deal. All in all this was a great hotel and I would stay there anytime I visited the area.

It was convenient to where I had to go. Alittle noisy, older Hotel, walls very thin. It served its purpose, probable wouldn't stay there again.

we wanted to visit the falls and niagara on the lake.this hotel was great for location....short drive to each and the hotel price was more reasonable than those at the falls. Hotel had clean rooms,nice staff... we did wish the pool and steam room stayed open a little longer at night but overall an excellent stay.courtyard rooms have a quaint view. we would stay again.

Friendly andhelpful staff. Steam room and hot tub. Pool wastoo shallow to tread water. Overall quality was excellent. Right off of the QEW, not far from highway 406. Extras like king size bed with pillow menu, indoor and outdoor pool, steam room, hot tub, and outdoor games court make this an excellent choice. Room had fridge and microwave too. Highly recommended!

My grandma and I stayed here on a recent trip. There's an indoor pool, outdoor pool, resteaurant, mini-golf course, great staff and it's in proximity to a lot to do in the area, including 15-20 minutes from Niagara Falls. We couldn't afford a room in Niagara. It was PERFECT!!!

I traveled to the Niagara Falls area with 3 adults and 4 children, and this hotel was a great find. It was located about 12 miles away from the craziness of Niagara, which was perfect for us. The staff was wonderful, and we enjoyed the onsite restaurant for breakfast. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling, and it was great that there were both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a gym. I also liked the fact that there was a shuttle offered to Casino Niagra in the evening. I definitely recommend this to ANYONE.

Tried to get me in earlier than check-in. Late check-in time. Restaurant charged more. Check-out is at noon, but you can't check-in until 3:00 which is kind of late to check in. The bar-restaurant charged more. The service and the appearance was fine though.

Put put golf, swimming pool (indoors and out). Alittle run down. This was not a 3 star hotel. It was a 2.5 at the most. It is older and a little run down looking but clean and the staff is nice. However, the front desk clerk gave us the wrong directions to the golf course and sent us on a wild goose chase but other than that a nice stay.

Check in time was not on time. We ordered rooms with two beds and only received one bed per room. The hotel was not the star level that was promised. The room was dirty and had empty bottles on balcolny. We didn't get to check in early or on time. Weordered two beds per room and received only one bed per room. I have stayed at two star hotels and received better service than this hotel. I also believe that since I didn't receive two beds that you didn't hold up to your part of the agreement.

Clean, nice indoor and out door pool and hot tub. Outside was not very impressive but inside was nice. This was a nice clean hotel room that had obviously been updated. The outside of the hotel appears pretty old but you are pleasantly surprised at the interior. It was not right near Niagara Falls but it was closer to the Whirlpool Jet Boat rides that we were there for.

Aplace to nap. It was extremely noisy at the hotel. The rooms were small and it was very noisy at the hotel windows were old and every noise came thru amplified. Then someone came up with the bright idea of cutting the grass at 7 am saturday morning. Wouldn't do it again.

The hotel general area was clean and friendly. The room was a non-smoking room but did not smell good (bad smell), bathroom could have been cleaner (hairs in tub and floor). Shower had a problem. Set temperature entered and within a couple minutes cold water quit and got burned and kept doing.

Clean, friendly great pools. Nothing. Have already recomended this hotel to at least 12 friends who are thinking of going to Canada.
