On the website it says they have room service from 7am-10pm, that was not the case. Limited hours, only breakfast and dinner. We ordered a suite, with a jacuzzi tub. We turned it on scum and mildew came out of them. I called the front desk they moved us up to a different room that had the heat on(in june) that was on 85. Granted the night time manager did what she could to help us and got us back in our original room, that was cleaned i would not go back there. On the website it also said there was pay-per-view channels in every room, there were non.

My family is staying at the Radisson Hotel Rockand this week while our house is being sided, and de-leaded. The Radisson Hotel Rockland is a very nice hotel, and its staff is great. I really appreciate getting the refrigerator for my baby's food and milk. The only negatives are the disconcertingly orange-colored hot water (staff said that a tank would be replaced to fix that); and the uncomfortable beds. The beds are Sleep Number, and it's impossible to get comfortable in them. You're either sleeping in a hammock or sleeping across a pitcher's mound, and if your partner turns over, you bounce! Those are the only things that would make me hesitate about going there again. Otherwise, it's a great place!

This hotel was out tucked behind some other business and was quiet. Trouble with the key cards. I liked staying here overall and would definitely go back.

We had 2 separate stays at this hotel during the winter of 2008. The hotel has recently been renovated and it was very attractive and interesting. The king rooms are very spacious and the sleep number beds allow lodgers to adjust the comfort of their own side. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. It is an easy commute to Boston and the surrounding areas. I recommend this property.

Very comfortable with pleasing decor. Bedside lamp did not work - replaced bulb but did not solve the problem. The staff were efficient and courteous. Rooms were large and nicely decorated.

Stayed overnight due to bad snowstorm.staff was most helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would recomend it to everyone. The Sleep number beds were very comfortable.

King size bed. Odor, parking lot work being done, not as convenient as last place I stayed with Priceline in Stoughton, Mass. When I put in my request I used Stoughton as the area and they put me in Rockland. I was very much liked the Courtyard in Stoughton much better.

Was ignored by desk staff upon checking in. Expected at least ""I'll be right with you"" - didn't get that. Gave us a room that wasn't made yet at 3:30 p.m. Checking out next day, again ignored until person was ""ready"" to look up and speak with us. Very unprofessional.

It was off the street and quiet. Maintenence of the room was poor; towel bars falling off wall, etc. It was worth the price. It was quiet and the rooms large, but maintenance was poor. Two towel bars/racks were falling off the wall. Walls were dirty from use. Tiles were cracked. The coffee maker was one of those pod types that uses an individual cup instead of a pot. It spattered over half the coffee over the sink! We were making hot water for instant oatmeal, and it took 1/2 hour to make 2 cups of water and two (half) cups of coffee! Also, we were on business travel, but not solo! They were also paving the parking lot when we were there, so parking was out back. Staff was friendly enough though.

Convenient location between Boston MA and Providence RI. Located to a lot of shopping centers. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The bed seemed old.

The staff was very friendly, good location to Plymouth. Loud guests (neighbors) one night at 3 am, but not the hotel's fault. The hotel is a little far out if you want to do stuff in Boston but it was perfect for us because we wanted to go to Boston and Plymouth. The staff was very nice, room was clean and overall experience met my expectations for a 3 star hotel.

The outdoor pool was perfect for our young kids, it was nicely maintained and never a lot of people swimming at one time. The restaurant beside the ho. The room could have been a little cleaner. We found a juice under the bed and food on the carpet. Excellent. Great location. Awesome pool.

It was convenient. The outside parking lights were motion-sensitive so that the room was dark at night- wonderful! They were not helpful and had a very poor service attitude. One example: As I struggled with a cooler of food, the desk clerk told me to use one of the valet carts. There were employees nearby who could at least have helped me lift it onto one. They charged extra for a refrigerator/or microwave. Cheap I've never had that happen.

Its location was ideal to where we had to go. The sleep number beds were disappointing. It's really a 2 to 2 and 1/2 star hotel. I thought it would be better than it turned out to be.
