the staff at the river side minot was very helpfull. the large rooms were great to relax after long day in the car. enjoyed the fitness centre . wish the hotel was a little closer to shopping but acess was good once we found our way.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is great for a nice getaway. The location means perhaps a 15 minute drive to major shopping areas.

Due to flight delays, I was not able to check in until well after midnight. I & my traveling companions were very exhausted & so I was definitely in a foul mood. The front desk clerk was very understanding & very helpful. She moved our room frm the 6th floor to the 4th & placed us right next to each other because we were booked a hallway from each other. She recommended room service, which was a great idea because we had an early morning event to attend & I didn't want to be wondering what I was going to feed my 2 year old. Room service was efficient & very quick. I needed a glass of milk for my child before the rest of the food & a young woman came up quickly with it. I was very grateful for the service that I used room service for my breakfast meal every day we stayed there. Our rooms were always turned down, I never once had to ask for more toiletries or towels or anything elseI could think of. They even gave me an extra pillow w/o me having to ask because I had a child with me & it was already assumed I would need extra pillows to block her in the bed she slept in. We definitely enjoyed the water park in the pool. It's not too deep in water & so EVERY child can enjoy the park & not have to worry about falling in deep water. We loved that. All in all, if you can ignore some of the other guest who can be loud or obnoxious, your stay @ the Holiday Inn Riverside will be worth the time & money. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to ND. Thank You.

The Holiday Inn in Minot was very clean and the staff very friendly. The pool area was great and my grandaughter enjoy it a lot. I liked the elevator which had a voice telling you which floor you were on and whether the elevator was going up or down.

Great room size, very nice public spaces. Paper, Styrofoam glasses and cups, stains on carpets and furniture. In general, very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The public spaces were quite attractive. I would stay here again.

Comfortable beds, quiet. Parking was a little tight for big car. Nice views (several floors high, I was on the 5th).

Pool is great for kids. Ugly rooms that look like they're from the 70's. TV has few channels and very poor quality. Not the worst, but far from the best.

Location. Check in staff was not prompt or friendly. Had to have the room reeked to allow us entry on the second night; room location was next to cocktail bar. Hotel is located by fairgrounds and zoo, has on-site restaurant and rooms are clean, however the rooms located on 2nd level are not quiet due to an open cocktail bar located in the lobby. Check in staff could be more service oriented and the room needed to be reeked to allow entry for the 2nd night stay.
