We had little visitors in the room (insects), which was very disapointing.

It was very quiet. Smelled badly of cigarette smoke in the hallways. For the price this was an exceptional value.

The hotel was quite comfortable. I liked the dark wood and the lobby was nicely decorated. The air conditioner in our room made a strange whiney sound. The sink in the bathroom had no counter space, fortunately there is a sink with a large counter outside of the bathroom which we used. The toilet is right next to the bathtub, a bit akward I thought. It is nice to have a refrigerator but it is quite small. We did not use the restaurant facilites so I can't comment on them. We noticed the cleaning staff was working with some Developmentally Delayed employees. They seemed to be very patient with them and that warmed our hearts.

Close to Turtle bay, Sundial bridge and the river. Excellent hotel situated close to I5 and minutes to most of Redding's big attractions. The extra sink/wash basin in the room was a tremendous advantage.

Holiday Inn Redding was very clean and comfortable, the rooms were nice and sized enough with room for up to four people and two dogs without bumping into each other.I like having a fridge in the room. I also liked having two sinks one in the bathroon and one by the door.There was a in house restaurant and plenty of other ones nearby for variety.The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to near by places.

Good beds, clean, nice feel and look. No continental breakfast. Very nice hotel and very inexpensive. Rooms were great and beds very nice. The lobby was really clean and inviting. Rooms had fridge and staff was OK.

The hotel was perfect in it's location, excellent staff and clean. It didn't have an elevator which was really bad to get to 2nd floor. Problem specially when you had kids and a stroller. The restaurant was located in an excellent location. And was reachable to all amenities. The rooms were clean, the staff was good. 3.5*, excellent location, cleanliness of room and the hotel staff. The only thing that this hotel lacked was an elevator. I had a kid along and had to get a stroller on to 2nd floor which was kinda tough to carry. Wish it had an elevator.

Good location. Small rooms and bath,A/C did not run properly. I thought it did not achieve the star rating advertise. The room was small and it felt cramped. The desk chair was at the foot of the bed and you were not able to maneuver around it with somebody using the desk. The room had a pungent aroma of cheap after shave upon entering. The rest room was a little small and theA/C had some governor on it that caused it to shut off every minute so I woke up in the middle of the night because I was hot and could not get it to kick on again.

Friendly staff & attractive room. No outside access from room, i.e. no patio. Rooms are decorated nicely and beds are good quality. The pool is small and the area surrounding pool does not lend itself for relaxation. There is no outside access from rooms, nor does the window open more than a crack - hard to get fresh air or breeze. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke - Febreeze or some type of room cleaner should be used. Did not like the fact that there was no private patio or door to outside. Much prefer the Redding Red Lion for their private patios, landscaping/gardens, active lounge with entertainment, and room size.

Recently remodeled! Phenomenal value from Priceline. This property has recently remodeled rooms. Especially liked the sink and vanity set up - one sink with vanity inside the bathroom, the other outside in the room. Very nice for two getting ready. Hotel is kept very nice, it's a local convention center as well. The exterior lighting on the building and landscaping at night is very dramatic and nice if your into that at all.

Good location, near malls and places to eat. There was no hair conditioner and had to wait for shampoo to be delivered. Super nice staff and a clean comfortable lobby.
