The location is good & the lobby is welcoming. The staff are pleasant & responsive. My room which was located above the main entrance & near the elevator was not as quiet. Sign of aging is noted in some of the room fixtures.

we had checked in with me my wife and 2 kids at 12:30 am and getting ready for bed when we get a call from the front desk telling us that they are getting complaints from the other guests and that we need to be quiet and i told the gentleman that it was impossible because we were just about to go to bed and he tells me he knows it was us cause his janitor was in front of our room and heard it. Well if thats true then i guess you can not even talk in a normal tone then. He was just rude

Welcoming lobby. We had to stay the longest distance from the front desk.

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby was decorated much differently (in a good way) than other hotels in the area. I was a great with a very warm and friendly front desk staff and they offer me fresh backed cookies. The room was cleaned and decorated nicely as well. I enjoyed the free wireless internet access. The restaurant and the lounge were very nice and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel as you get a good value for the money.

Cleanliness. Way too expensive for this kind of hotel.

Be aware the hotle employees might not have the idea of reservation through online reservation system concept, and might double charge your credit card on their check out system!! In my case I was told that they won't receive any money through the travel agency, so they have charge my account again!!

Very clean, friendly staff. This hotel is what you would expect. The service was good and the rooms were nice enough. There's room service and a restaurant on location, which is convenient. It's only a 10 minute drive from Princeton Campus. It was a very comfortable stay overall.

I dunno, maybe a four is a bit harsh, because I got a good sleep and the wireless worked, and I really don't expect that much more from a hotel. But the flimsy ironing board collapsed and I barely avoided disaster. And I had been spoiled by staying in a series of hotels with decent complimentary breakfasts that I balked at paying the high prices here. But I might stay here again, so couldn't be too bad.

My room was very nice, Cannot think of anything off hand. The staff was very friendly, the overall hotel was clean, and my room was very nice.

On the hallway, just in front of our door, the HVAC vent was ""singing"" a high pitch ""I miss grease!"" sonata. In the middle of the night this was accompanying the road noise that was freely passing through the cheap windows... I did stay at Toronto Airport Hotel a while ago and I could not hear the noises from the landing/take-off of airplanes, so I know that a better job can be done in sound-proofing the windows...Other than what described above we had Sunday the local ""Times"" paper delivered to the front door: nice...

Staff is very friendly. On 2-3 days around Xmas their were very few guests, and the desk told me that there was no one in the kitchen, and there was no coffee &there was no. Though entitled to a free breakfast, on 3 days around Xmas, the desk said there is no one in the Kitchen - That was O.K., but no effort was made to make coffee, and set out a few Danish Rolls.

It was easy to travel to and from, great price and friendly staff. It was not my own best. Easily located off of Route 1, this hotel is a short distance to the center of Princeton. Its location made it easy for us to travel to and from. The price was incredible considering it was a last minute reservation on new year's eve.

Check in and check out was quick, and there was fresh coffee and apples available in the lobby. Bathroom was old and the tile work looked like it needed updating. Also, the remote control was hard to use.

Comfortable and clean. Distance from train and air conditioner kept going off throughout the night. Would definitely recommend. It was better than expected.

Comfort of room. All Room Service ends at 10:30 pm, bar also closes at 11. No services within walking distance. The public spaces and meeting facilities are extremely limited. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions, but the bar servers were engaged in a lengthy argument when I went in a few minutes before 11 pm, and as I waited for them to notice I was there, it past 11 pm and they said they closed at 11 and could not serve me.

The room was clean. The public areas needed a good cleaning; the hotel was somewhat worn and dated. The hotel was adequate for a short business stay.

It was quiet. Our bathroom was dirty and the hotel could not give us another room. I put in for a 3 star hotel and was given holiday inn for a price. I wasn¿t happy because I have received the west in, Hyatt and forestall for all around in the past. But it is what it is and I had no choice. I read some reviews about the hotel. We came to the conclusion that the room had a mini fridge in it. We stopped by legmen and purchased a nice bottle of vine and some refreshments for the night. The hotel person told me there will be an extra charge for the fridge. Ok, no big deal, I agreed and they were putting a fridge in the room for when we arrive. We checked in and entered out room. I don¿t know about any of you but the first thing I check out is the bathroom. It turns out that it was scummy. The grout was dirty, there was film on the tile, the wall was rotted at the bottom and the wall paper was starting to come off. I have pictures to prove this. I went to the desk to complain and they told me that they could send someone up to clean the room and I said don¿t bother because a cleaning lady is not going to do what is needed in this room. So I complained more and told them that I heard they just finished a major renovation. They told me that all the rooms were in the process of being renovated and that they did not have any other rooms to put me in. I was stuck and there was nothing I could do. I told her I guess I would have to live with it and headed back to my room. We went out and when we came back late that night after 2. I like it dark in my room and turned out the lights to get some sleep. Low and behold, the hotel's sign is right out front of my window. Even with the curtains closed, light still passed through. It would have taken duct tape to seal out the light. I woke up and took a shower but it was one of those showers that didn't feel good because the condition of the shower. I had to take one when I got home that night. This is the first time I am complaining a

Prompt and courteous room service. No tea with the coffee maker (fortunately, I had brought my own because that's typical.). Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

Computer facilities. No mirror in the sleeping area. Sliding closet door not working. Need to attend to maintenance in the room (sliding door to closet) the ironing board prevented the door from sliding properly. Room service personnel did not get order correct. Need to listen and read back order. Did not bring water with meal.

Close to Princeton, clean and quiet. Room I booked with two beds unavailable for the first night. Excellent stay just 5 minutes from Princeton campus. Factor of 2 cheaper than on campus hotels. Friendly staff provided softer pillows on request. Quite pleased with the hotel and would certainly stay there again.
