The Holiday Inn Presidential Little Rock Downtown was very nice. The rooms were nice size and the neighborhood quiet. It was very accessable to the Alltell Arena for the event we attended.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, large and tastefully decorated. Hotel was clean & conveniently located to the Alltel Arena & River activities. I want to emphasize the friendly, professionalism of the staff. They made the stay perfect. I definitely w/stay w/them again!

the young lady that checked us in gave us good sites to check out in the area. The bartender was very courteous. The CSR was very polite when we checked out also. 5 stars.

Business center and shuttle service. Small room, omitted regular guest amenities eg: morning newspaper. Nice moderate rated hotel, upscale lobby, smaller than expected room (considering, occupancy low), Very friendly and helpful staff, especially front desk and shuttle driver.

It was quiet. This was a nice hotel. Occupancy was too low, I guess. We ordered from the menu, and it was just OK.

I travel to Little Rock frequently on business, and stay here almost everytime. My only complaint is there is not at least a mini fridge in the room - other than that, almost perfect.

Great room, close to downtown. Great value and very clean & new. The lobby is very elegant. My husband and walked downtown and visited the riverwalk area. It was a fantastic weekend stay.

Convenient to the downtown area at a reasonable price. Very close to the interstate and a major street. Traffic was occasionally loud in our room. This hotel has come a very long way since Holiday Inn took it over. It was well kept and appeared to be well managed. The room was clean and neat. It was convenient and priced appropriately. I'd stay here again when traveling to Little Rock if they were to meet my price once again.

the air conditioner was loud, the beds were hard, and the hotel was not in a good location (bad area). However the room was nice and had no problems with reservations.

Nice bar area. On interstate & have to take a taxi to downtown. Approached in the parking lot upon leaving by male walk. Hotel was nice.

"This was a great hotel. I had a 2 week stay and usually I'd be tired of the hotel life, but not this time. The staff was extremely friendly. And the rooms were very clean. You're only blocks away from downtown Little Rock. There is also a free shuttle to take you to the area if you're not the walking type. I would definitely stay here again."

The staff treated us like royalty. This was a very old run down building. The stay and the outstanding treatment by the staff, I would never stay at this hotel again. In spite of the old and ugly building, the beds and linens have been upgraded and are nice.
