It was a good choice to stay at Pocatello. My children liked the pool. I like the structure of the hotel, it's safe for kids, since it's like a dome.

Location and staff. We were placed in a smoking room and that was not easily changed. The one meal I had there was not very good, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

This may have once been a nice place with a huge in- door pool which the rooms surround. The chlorine smell will gag you. This hotel is very, very tired and needs major remodeling. There are very nice options directly across the street for the same or less charge.

The hotel was not ready for us at the time of check in and did not have a room ready for us. The room smelled horibly of smoke although we were in an non smoking room, and was small with no windows. The cleaning staff was cleaning the room next to us at 9:30 PM and going up and down the walkway with the cart early in the morning.

The counter girl was cheerful. The bed was not very comfortable and not very easy to see from the freeway. Good for a one night business travel.

It's not a new hotel, but it's kept up well. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were just fine. The shower head was nice and high--something it seems hard to find in a hotel! The staff were extremely kind and helpful; they even sent us a postcard thanking us for our stay and expressing their hopes that my husband did well on his test (the reason we were in Pocatello). Room service was nice--we had breakfast delivered at about 6:30 so my husband and I could eat together before he left for his test. The food was good and not too expensive. I recommend the Best 4 Value breakfast, though my husband really enjoyed his Belgian waffle. Our only complaints are that the Internet wasn't working, our thermostat likely needed adjustment, the room seemed to have a draft, and that the walls were thin. The temperature in the room was always five degrees lower than we set the thermostat. We had an outside room and could hear EVERYTHING outside--footsteps, conversations, cars, etc. We could also hear a cell phone go off in a neighboring room. It made it difficult for us to sleep. That's the only reason I don't think we'd stay again--we like our sleep!

It was a busy week-end because there was a national rodeo championship taking place so it was noisy. But the people in the restaurant (at the hotel) were very attentive and the food was very good. The room was neat and clean. I was a little concerned with the fellow at the reception desk. He didn't seem to really care about helping me with questions that I had.

Beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Pretty dining room. Too expensive for what I actually got. No rollaway beds. Doors were to outside (dangerous). Parking good. Swimming pool was nice. Dining room pretty but waited a very long time for dinner. Rooms could of been cleaner. Very expensive for tiny 1-bed rooms.

WE stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the stay was great and the people were very frindly and the dinning was wonderfull. The pool was the best attraction we thought your hotel had. When it was time for check out there were a few snags but your staff was very helpfull. It was a wonderfull hotel. Very clean and family friendly.

Nice hotel. Good bed. Convenient location. Hard to get to the Perkins restaurant by driving, since you can't make a left turn.

Small rooms, old building...and thin walls. Not worth the ammount of money spent.

There were things for my kids to do. Pool, game tables, etc. The staff was very friendky and helpful. The pool and area surrounding were spacious, clean and fun for kids to swim and play.

The room itself was good, comfy beds etc. Nice and clean as well. Liked the sink and vanity area outside the bathroom to streamline family usage. The bathroom itself was too small, standing in the shower trying to wash hair the shower curtain was so static filled that it kept wrapping itself to my body. Very poor water pressure in the shower. The nights rest was great. very comfortable. Easy to get back and settled in after attending the monster truck show. The resturant service was slow and there were only 3 tables with people at them. I prefer the breakfast buffet that many hotels offer now as you serve yourself and don't have to wait for the service. The pool area was nice. Large enough pool to play in and not bash into someone with every move. Ther were alot of other people in it at same time and it was fine. Liked it alot just need to turn the water temp up about 10 more degrees and it would be perfect.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and very kid friendly. A nice place to get away for a weekend of relaxation. The hotel had a large very nice swim pool and a comfortable setting to view the pool from. The management went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

The location was excellent and easy to get back on freeway. This hotel was comfortable and affordable.
