Me and my friends were very impressed with this hotel. We really didn't know what to expect when we booked it. The rooms are very up to date and have a very clean feel to them! Couldn't find any signs of uncleanliness anywhere! The pool and recreation area was very nice! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Front desk employees were exceptionally nice & friendly. Loved that fact that this is a pet friendly hotel with a one time charge (15). Elevators could have worked a bit faster but nothing that patience didn't handle. In hotel resturant was very good and came in handy while it rained and service was very good. Would have liked the hotel to be a little closer to the strip but it was within walking distance. Overall our stay was very good and relaxing.

I was worried about how the room would look. We arrived and the hotel staff was very nice and we had a very quick check in. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The pool was nice not huge but nice for a weekend stay. I really enjoyed this hotel and do recommend it.

We were able to take our two little dogs with us on vacation and still stay at a great hotel. The service was excellent and the hotel was clean. Great Hotel!

Did not like having to walk through the Main Lobby in our swimsuits. The Main Lobby was beautifully redone. The rooms still looked the same though. Check-in/out was quick and painless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. And they had a computer room for guest use.

Everything was great. The only trouble we had was with the pool and the drink machines in the hallway. The pool was very crowded and my son didn't get to swim very much and we could not even get into the whirlpool because other guests would not get out. The drink machine kept refusing our dollar bills but other than that we had a great time.

Everything was very nice, clean, and luxurious! I absolutely loved this hotel and would stay there again. The indoor pool was very nice with a waterfall. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Have always been pleased with Holiday Inn. Rather disappointed this time. Was there 3 nights - trash in room and bathroom not emptied. No coffee or cups in room - had to ask at desk daily. Pool did not open until 9 am. Will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.

The beds were small and needed to be more comfy. There was an odd smell for the first day and a half in the room. Staff needs to be more willing to share directions to points of interest.

Warm friendly atmosphere. clean remodeled rooms. Chlorine fumes from indoor poor were overpowering. The hotel is located in the heart of Pigon Forge. Clean,recently remodeled rooms were great. Nice indoor pool with a waterfall is a plus. No longer pet friendly.

My husband and I booked a few nights here just to get away for Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas here. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and nice and the lobby was very welcoming with it's real fireplace aglow! They are very dog friendly and only charged us 15.00 for the entire stay to have our little dog here. You cannot even tell it is et friendly. The rooms smelled clean! They also have a very nice indoor swimming pool. We are going to book this hotel again at Christmas this year. They are set away from the main stretch, so you hear no traffic noise. All in all....a wonderful value!!!

This Holiday Inn had many 3 Star accomodations and was right for the price-a couple exceptions because I'm very picky. The pool with its waterfall and arcade was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful. The staff was friendly and prompt in helping in any way. The things that bothered me were the 2 Star rooms had no atomosphere of the mountains at all. BUT, I must admit, the rooms were clean. The rooms were old and decorated in a 1970's style. The sink and shower drained too slowly. This hotel was located in a very tacky tourist commercialized part of Pigeon Forge yet was close to everything, if that's what you are looking for. The reception area was extremely nice with the exception of the black fake leather furniture.

The front lobby was beautiful. It was under construction. The hotel want terrible but when our room was clean they didn’t put the roll of toilet paper on the rolls, they didn’t take the dirty towels and during our stay they were doing remolding work on the room next to us (loud noises) and we have two small children. Oh and dead flies in the window sill. Carpet was very dirty.
