No está en la ciudad de PerugiaEstá muy alejado de la ciudad. Tiene una salidad en la circumvalación muy mal señalizada,sólo hay una indicación en una rotonda, junto a la de otros hoteles y después un cambio de sentido mal señalizado.

Seemed like I was in the States - rooms were SUPER clean for Italy for a price this cheap. Coffee/Tea maker in the room. Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff - let us stay an hour after check-out, and drove us to the train station because we were without a car. The hotel IS a bit out of the way. Fine if you have a car, a bit of a pain if you're on foot - you have to take a bus, and make a walk up a ramp (a bit dangerous at night) and through a neighborhood to reach the hotel. BUT, fantastic room for the money.
