Great hotel, very friendly and efficient staff. They are currently undergoing renovation, was told by the staff on checkin, but didnt hear a sound. They treated us so special, especially my kids, they felt on top of the world, with all the little things they did for them. We will definitely go back to this Holiday Inn.

We were upgraded due to the fact that the hotel was in the process of renovating. However, renovations didn't effect our stay. Hotel in a great location near really nice restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is a fine value and in an excellent location. The staff is very polite. Food and shopping on Orchard Road is close. The MRT is a close walk and provides excellent transportation at a very inexpensive price.

The good thing going for this hotel is its location. It is a stone's throw away from Orchard Road. However, beware the business center!!! I used their internet access for around 5 mins and I got charged for 4X that amount! It was a good thing that the man at the check out counter adjusted my bill. In general, the staff are really courteous and helpful. The bathrooms are a bit dirty and old. Although they are slowly renovating now, try not to get the rooms where your are either directing above or beneath where they are renovating. Overall, for the price they charge, it is an Okay hotel.

Good location, we went to Sentosa island I wouldn't bother going there unless you go in the evening because their were no shows during the day.

Location. It has not changed in the past 10 years and it still has a big humidity stench. Only well located, close to Orchard Road and major shopping centers.

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Though the hotel is not situated on the main road, it only takes a few minutes to get to Orchard Road. Food is different from expectation, yet it is still nice.

"i cant say much but looking at the ballroom makes me feel wanna stay longer as i attend the prom night there last month and it was fun, the facilities was so better then what i expected and i've plan for future reservation for next year prom night(:"

Have stayed here several times. Location is very convenient to Orchard Rd. Rooms are a good size and are currently being renovated which is needed. Coffee shop is so so but you are in walking distance of many places to eat. Gym has good equipment and the pool area is very good.

A wonderful experience, service, cleanliness and very close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly use it again. Just a bit too pricey.

The room was old but clean. The hotel is under refurbishement. Work was supposed to start at 9:30 AM but had already started to be noisy at 8:30 AM... Swiming Pool correct, free towels available all day, perferct for the shower in the evenening after checking out at 12AM
