The rooms are small but everything is small in Paris and the price "the best". The rooms were clean, front desk was very helpful on everything. I did not expend much time on the hotel, only nights. You got everything you need around: restaurants, pharmacies, metro station (tickets), taxis, restaurants, banks. You are middle of everything (10 to 20 minutes on metro to any place) We got three rooms, we got a A/C problem with one of the rooms but they sent somebody right away. I will be back next time.

The hotel staff. Great hotel. Very nice staff. Great Location. Will stay there again on my next trip to Paris.

I stayed at the Hotel for three nights after Christmas. The location is absolutely superb for all the transpot needs of a tourist. Opposite Gare L"est, the metro is outside the door, Gare Nord is three blocks away (Trains run to the airport). The front desk staff are friendly and all speak english, if you need it. Room s are compact, but clean and have a LCD TV and programable safe.. Breakfast is from 6.30-11am. Great food, great price. Down side, there is no work out room, even though one is advertised. I worked out by climbing the stairs, 8 floors. greta work out going up and down 30 times. I would stay at this hotel for my next vacation or business in Paris.

The hotel was great! We went to Paris to travel around the city and it was great that the Metro station was just a short walk away. The staff was very helpful and spoke great english. The rooms were a bit small but nothing that makes it bad. We loved the stay the rooms were very quiet to the outside world.

Staff was very friendly and room was in great location. This is a great hotel in a good location next to a metro station and very close to two main train stations.

This is a budget hotel, but clean and confortable. The hotel was a round the corner from a Metro Station and Gare del Est Station. A few blocks from Gare de Nord (to go to the Airport) and the Le Open Tour Bus stop (Yellow line) was just around the corner. There were a lot of restaurants, caffes and stores in the area with reasonable prices and good food. I would stay in this hotel again!

The hotel was recently renovated, and had great style. The location couldn't be beaten as it was directly across from a major train/metro/bus stop. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted. The room was very neat and clean. Very happy with the service. We had a great view from the 8th floor that included Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur.

Stayed at the hotel for four nights. As mentioned by others, easy trip to CDG airport. I didn't see anything wrong with the location: 15-20 min walk to the Seine/ center city. Rooms were clean, didn't spend much time in the room, so the small size didn't bother us. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was 15 euro, but who would eat at the hotel (expensive services are a given at any hotel) when you're in Paris? Great value for the money paid.

Overall excellent location next to train station with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Hotel was clean and nice. Misunderstanding with hotel staff. We were told "everything" was prepaid and led to believe breakfast was included but it was NOT.

The price was reasonable. Room was small. Friendly staff. Conveniently located next to metro station.

Very well located, handy to everything. Nice, clean Hotel but room very small and bit cheap with the bathroom supplies. Two tiny bars of soap on the first day but nothing thereafter. A/C didn't work.

The windows were cute. The room was very small. The location was really good! The metro station was right in front of the hotel.

The location was great, easy to get to from the airport and downtown. It is possible to walk to centre of the city, it takes about 40 min. The subway is much quicker, and there is 3 enterences to the subway station literally infront of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Only downside is that the internet isn't free. Though there is a free wireless access if your in the lobby.

Very comfortable beds. Room on the front side of the hotel was noisy when windows were open.

We didn't stay much at the hotel. We just needn't a place to rest and store our stuff. The receptionist was extremely friendly but housekeeping wasn't that nice. She actually woke us up and when asked if she could come back later, she handed us towels, took the garbage and said she couldn't. Well, all in all, I would stay in that hotel again due to its central location. Right across from the metro. I do have to mention that breakfast was quite expensive 15 euros.

Good, clean, quiet rooms. I thought we were supposed to have breakfast included but got charged (100 dollars!) for the breakfast for four days.

I got there at 9 am after an overnight flight and was able to have the room right then. Gare de l'Est is right across the street and Gare de Nord is 10 minutes walk, ideal for taking the RER to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Ride to airport takes barely 30 minutes and runs every five or so minutes. The location in itself is nothing to brag about, so take a metro to better parts. I used to choose hotels near the Opera because the Roissy bus goes there from Charles de Gaulle. Those hotels were always hidden in a nearby street and hard to find. This location is definitely better.

Located across the street from the Metro/train station. Movie/internet feature did not work in my room. They were unable to fix it. Great hotel. The only thing that I did not like was when I went to check out I found out that breakfast was not free was charged an additional 7.5 Euros per person per day.
