Very clean, updated, nice little extras, great and helpful desk staff. Bathroom could use a shower curtain. It was a little hard to keep the water in. Great overall experience. The room was cozy, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom looked brand new. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location isn't very close to any sights, but there is a Metro station very close by that will get you anywhere you want to go. Overall, a great experience for a great price.

Very good breakfast with a warm welcome in the morning. I have forgotten a very very precious item in the hall and the staff put it in save !!! Never see so honnest staff ! Excellent mark !

Good service. It's close to the Metro station. But the elevator doesn't work when i stayed there.

Friendly staff. The location appears to not be in a nicer part of Paris. Small room. Possibly a bit overpriced for Paris in March (off-season). Not in a convenient area to the center of Paris if walking. Phone in room was not working, therefore our wake-up call was a "wake-up knock on the door".

They spoke English. They took advantage of the fact that I had jetlag. They charged $30 more than the price, and said that was the exchange rate. Paris is outrageously expensive. with friendly housekeepers that open your door without knocking. The breakfast was good. They actually had brown bread.

The staff was awful. Customer service was horrible. I checked out at 5:45am and it took the desk clerk 15 minutes to check me out. They were not helpful describing how I could get internet access. Didn't have any soda left on and on.

Flat screen TV was nice. Proximity to metro was good too. It was a bit far from the city center. Nice hotel, friendly service, but far from city center.

Easy access to metro station near Latin quarter. Not within walking distance to popular sites. Very nice hotel for the price. A short metro ride gets you to the heart of Paris. Clean comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff make this a hotel I would return to visit again.
