I found some of the ice machine not producing ice. The location of the ice machine is confusing when you look at the map.

The lobby is very nice and the pool just perfect. One of the gates was not working by the pool.

The Holiday Day Inn at Palm Springs made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was spotless, well decorated and larger than we expected. We were very comfortable in this room, considering we were traveling with our two small dogs and our two bikes plus all the gear! The walls seemed a little thin since we could hear our neighbors' conversation, albeit muffled, the entire stay. Luckily we were so exhausted from our activities that we didn't lose any sleep over it. Our room was equipped with a flat screen TV and mini fridge. The front desk was very attentive. Whenever we requested an item, even bringing a microwave to our room, the staff was responsive and efficient. Thank goodness check-out is at noon though because a front desk staff member seemed reluctant to allow us a late check-out. Overall, a great value and centrally located!

This hotel was completely remodeled in 2007. Everything was like brand new. For the price, it could not be beat. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was four star. The food was wonderful, tasty, and cooked to perfection. We would stay there again and recommend it to all our friends. The location was in the city and there was a convienient shopping center across the street. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the walls were a little thin in that we could hear voices for the next room. However, it was a very quiet hotel.

Hotel has been upgraded. Great place. Outside looked dated, but inside was great. Great suprise for a Holiday inn. Very upscale in the room. Pool was pretty good. Great view of the mountains.

We booked a golf outing a couple of weeks in advance. Who knew it would rain the whole time out in the desert, I mean it poured. Ok, so we ended up staying in the room most the time and rented 3 movies on the big flat screen TV and ordered food and drinks through room service. All and all it cost less than a round of golf and definitely was more relaxing. In the evening we cleaned up and went to the hotel bar for a while, then ate in the restaurant. My steak was perfect. Sorry we were cheated out of golf but the hotel accommodations and crew made the stay fun anyway.

My family ended up in Palm Springs because it's a short drive from San Diego. We were pleaseantly surprised with the Holiday Inn. I travel for a living and I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn like this. The employees were welcoming and upgraded me to a suite after having some initial problems with the type of room we had originally requested. My kids got to eat free in the restaurant which was a great benefit for my family. The pool area won my kids over and there was a movie that played on a big screen "outside" of all places. The room was very nice and everthing was clean and fresh. This was a great value for the buck, and Kudos to Holiday Inn for kicking it up a notch or actually two in this case. we will go back during the May/June gloom here in San Diego.

The property has recently been redecorated and is nicely done. The rooms are nicely appointed, there is nightly turn-down service and I would recommend a room off the inside courtyard for a view of the pool area and lack of street noise.

Love the pool and movie at dark. Smoking around the pool. It wasvery nice, the room was large, accommodating, the brought a crib asap, the misters at the pool, the restaurant availability. Everything about this hotel was awesome.

Rooms were very nice with lots of upgrades, we were in one room and was unable to order movies we called the front desk and they were happy to change our room. Location was great next to downtown and attractions.

Overpriced hotel with unprofessional staff.filthy pool and spa gave my family some kind of skin rash and overall hotel is very dirty.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never comeback there.Food in the restaurant is bad and very expensive.

The rooms were very spacious. The AC was a little awkward but once it started, the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. I would really recommended this place and the location is a little out of the way but it's not too bad.

Very upscale, newly remodeled rooms done right for a change! Of all the hotels I regularly stay in, this is one of the two best hotels in the area that Priceline makes available! Loved it very much!

Location, accessibility, cleanliness. As an architect I feel that the planning & room accessibility is not good. For short stays I would return, because of the on premise restaurants, amenities & knowing now where the closes restaurants are located.
