This was a really comfortable, clean and safe hotel. Lots of families, pilots and flight attendants staying so it didn't feel deserted. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Great if you will have a car because it is a 5 minute drive to town or to the Opry but without a car I think it would be best to stay in the city.

This hotel was clean, located perfectly for attractions in Santa Fe and staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike. My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. It's location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants as well as museums and galleries. It was very clean with a cheerful, friendly staff. You couldn't ask for more.

Everyone was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

From first glances, it seems like a nice hotel. On the second day of my stay, the room did not even get cleaned. I mentioned this all to the front desk and received an apology, but that was it. The lounge sort of reminds me of the Regal Begal in Three's Company. But the piano player isn't half bad. From the taste of my extra-dirty martini (served in a wine glass!), I could tell it wasn't really a place where people ordered martini's very often. The breakfast buffet was very good. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, the majority of the staff was polite and courteous. This was probably the only true positive of my stay. Should I ever go to Nashville again, I won't be staying at this location.

Stayed overnight with friends, occupying three rooms. Place is next to highway, only 10 min drive to downtown Nashville. Staff was very friendly, they were very quick to provide my friend a shaving cream he forgot to bring and to fix problem with phone cable. They have wi-fi Inet inclusive, that helped a lot in finding directions and good content around. In addition they have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. We all had a wonderful stay there. Would go there again.

Great location, nicely decorated with complementary airport shuttle. No continental breakfast.

I was there in June and the front desk service was good. I had a little problem in my room where i could smell smoke in a non smoking room ( which resulted in me coughing for abt 2 weeks.. ) but when I told the front desk, they immediately gave me another room. But the service at the front desk at night is not really desirable... The bathroom was not very clean. And I had a little problem with the shower, and when i told them , some one came in abt 5 minutes to repair.

Hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay there again but be careful. I booked this thru Orbitz... big MISTAKE because booking thru the Hotel is ALOT cheaper but I got hit on my credit card from the Hotel as well as Orbitz... double billed. That didn't make me happy other than that great place to stay.

This hotel leaves a bit to be desired. Doesn't live up to the Holiday Inn name. The construction surrounding the hotel is absolutely horrible...it took almost an hour to get to the hotel even though we could see it. There are no restaurants nearby, no malls, etc. If you want to travel and be near places, stay somehere else. Also, no bellman to help out to help.

Holiday Inn Select OPRYLAND-ARPT (BRILEY PKWY), Nashville, Tennessee was all around satisfying. The ease of check-in, fresh coffee on each floor, spacious indoor heated pool with a nice sitting area. We were there with temps in the 20's so the indoor heated pool was a nice treat. This location is close to the Opryland Mall, putt-putt golf, movies and many restaurants. We did eat at the Jackson's Veranda for the buffet breakfast which was all fresh and a very good value. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. We took the New Year's Eve cruise on the General Jackson Paddleboat, which was located at the Opryland Mall. Everything we did was less than a 30 min drive from the hotel:downtown Nashville, Opryland Mall, putt-putt golf, movies, restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

This motel looks newly remodeled. It even smells new through the halls and in the room. It is quite beautiful. I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet was free for only 2 of the 4 of us. But we had a huge problem. There was no hot water in the morning anywhere in the motel when all 4 of us wanted to shower. We went to breakfast and came back and still no hot water. We complained and were compensated on departure but still didn't make the day pleasant on our long trip home.

The Holiday Inn Express provided all our needs--hotel restaurant, pool, and wireless internet. We slept very comfortably. I really liked the wide choices of pillows provided. I would have loved to have kept one and the comforter! The location was central to the attractions we were visiting. It was right off the interstate, so really easy to find once we got to Nashville.

The Hotel Select was comfortable. I really enjoyed the room! The room was much larger than we expected. In fact, I wished the check-out time was at 3:00 PM instead of 11:00AM. The food was great however,I would've liked to see more food choices on the menu.
