Close to freeway access /restaurants attached. Found this hotel to be pleasant. No complaints. Staff was very helpful.

We were traveling through and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ontario Oregon. It was a GREAT experience. We had our black lab with us. She travels everywhere with us. I was so impressed how clean the Hotel and our room was. The Hotel only charged $10 for the pet fee. The Hotel has an attached restaurant, lounge, fitness room, spa and business center, (The outside pool was closed for the winter season). We will definately stay at this Hotl whenever we are traveling through the Ontario area again!

Staff was awesome and room was way above expectation. Having to go home. Excellent hotle with an exceptional staff. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and the room was immaculate.

"When I arrived, I was enrolled in Priority Club so I got a free drink and $4.00 off Breakfast! The staff was very helpful. And I loved that my son was able to eat free! I will definitely stay there again."

"First of all, the maids were pounding on our door at 7:00AM in the morning. When we made our reservation there was no question about pets. The hotel said pet friendly. There were no questions about pets when we checked in. Our bill is about double what it should be. If you have pets, be careful. Its kind of a trap."

It was in a good location. It was very noisey all through the night. The maids started banging on the doors at 9 am up and down the hallways. Not very respectfull of customers.

Clean, easy freeway access for travelers and very friendly staff! The hotel room was clean and high quality for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room service was the fastest I've ever had! Workout room was small, but adequate for the traveler. A great place to stop and rest during a long drive!

Good location, Good rates, and nice clean room. No refrigerator or microwave oven, parking not great. It was very nice for our purpose and the location was great. We got as much for our money as we expected.

Very clean rooms. No breakfast was included. This is a tidy hotel with recently redecorated rooms. Very clean rooms and hallways. TV, sink, shower, etc. Were in excellent condition. Nice carpet, bed coverings, upholstery, etc. Businesslike environment, not a romantic getaway. Very close to the interstate so quick in and out. Friendly staff.

Internet. Smoke in halls terrible! Good help and responsive to people being there for a funeral. Allowed us to keep our companion puppy with our handicapped sister. Thanks.

Location. Spa was inoperative both stays at this facility. Very nice staff. Poor experience with spa for relaxation. Good location.

Good price for the money. Pretty clean and very convenient location. Desk person could be friendlier. Restaurant was not good or very clean. Overall for the money this hotel was very good. I would stay there again.

Have stayed there before-it is okay. I didn't dislike anything about the hotel. It is an okay hotel, nothing to write home about.

The overnight desk person was great. There seemed to be too much chlorine in the hot tub. I enjoyed my stay. They were very good about my late check-in 2:00 a.m. I also received a personal wake-up call from the night desk person as I had to be some where by 7:30 a.m. and was afraid I might sleep through the wake up call and alarm.
