We were in Omaha for the College World Series, the location of the hotel was great and the staff was was helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool although it did get quite crowded. Thank you for the great time!

This hotel was great for our overnight stay in Omaha. The hotel was pretty easy to find and the room was great. The bed was comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean.

I've stayed here before. Room is clean and well appointed. Staff is great.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean, friendly service, the appearance of the facility very nice. Just a pleasure.

It was a wonderful weekend and the hotel and it's staff only made it more enjoyable.

Front desk staff was very courteous, room was very clean, the facility is kept up very well. None. I have stayed at this location before and have always liked it a lot. I would recommend it to any business traveler.

Hotel was good value for the money. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, close to food, etc. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and accomodating.

Comes close to being a Marriott hotel, but it?s the little things that Holiday Inn still misses. The gym was nice and had some free weights, but it was unkempt and really hot. The room was nice and the bed and shower were modern, but they were both just a cut under the quality I receive at a Marriott. Also, there was some cereal under the magazine table. The location is convenient and the clerk was helpful in pointing out a good sushi place. It was a great value at * per night, but I would only stay here again if I could not find a Marriott.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. However, my husband found the whirlpool lukewarm instead of hot and he found the bathroom near the front desk not very clean.

Room. Desk clerk a little rude. Good location, nice breakfast, expensive however for a buffet.

We were upgraded to a two room suite which was great. It had a fridge and microwave which was great for the kids. The pool was okay it really needed the leaves scooped out, but our two year old and our four year old were okay with it. The only real disappoint was the on-site restraunt. The kids ate free and our food was over priced and just ok. We kept having to ask the waitress to bring us everything that was suppossed to be included in the meal such as the applesauce for the kids. They were out of the rolls and my husband had to ask if he could have white bread. We and only one other group was in the hotel dining room and the waitress complained the whole time how busy they were with room service. We would stay again, but not eat at the restraunt.

The room was far better than i had expected. We booked this room for a wedding that we had in the area. We were not expecting to get a balcony that overlooked the swimming pool - which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend this to a friend and would come back again. Only thing i would not do again - not eat in the restaurant; little over priced for the breakfast buffet as far as selection goes.

Clean, spacious, friendly, lots of amenities! A/C unit did not work well. We really did enjoy our stay, however I did call the front desk the first night of our stay to complain about the A/C not working correctly, we suffered every night in our room because it was too warm or too cold.

They switched the room from 2 queen size beds to one queen size bed w/ a pull-out couch. Upon arrival, we found a half-full bottle of booze in the frig that we were glad we noticed before our young children were poisoned with same. We had a total of 5 people but each day were only provided 3 towels (before asking for more). We enjoyed the pool and had a room w/patio with close access to it. There was a microwave, iron w/board, coffeemaker and hair dryer. The staff was very professional and never left us waiting long.

I was disappointed with this Holiday Inn because I read the review that this was Nebraska's newest luxury hotel. The bathtub shower always had a build-up of water and would drain slowly. The air conditioner would never consistently blow cold air. It always seemed to be warm in the room. My wife wanted to iron some clothes but there was a rust build-up on the iron. She left a note for the maid to replace the iron and left the maid a tip but the iron was never replaced. The hotel sits on a hill but the parking lot is flat. It rained every day we were in Omaha so whenever we went to get into the car we were stepping in a deep puddle of water from the night before. Access to various parts of Omaha was good because of the nearby interstate.

The room was very comfortable and the staff accommodating. The jacuzzi heater was not working and the water to the rooms was not warm in the morning. When we found out the jacuzzi was open but cold, we asked the hotel staff if there was another hotel in the area that would let us use their pool area. (We were out for our anniversary so really wanted use of the hot tub for a relaxing evening!). They said no but gave us free drinks that night and free breakfast in the morning. That was positive, but we still would have rather had use of the jacuzzi! The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fairly good. We had the buffet and should have probably ordered off the menu, but it was still decent. The hallways felt dirty/dingy. For a hotel that was supposed to be upscale, things could have been better taken care of. The pool area was beautiful but outside, and it was too chilly to swim. We did sit by the pool, however.

I was pleased with this hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Quick and easy check-in/out. Comfy beds. Good price, great room.

The iside has been refurbished, The room was comfortable, with plenty of room. Had desk, chair and pull-out sofabed along with the king-size bed. Interet access. TV stand, dresser, coffeemaker with coffee and tea (very rare). Bathroom area separate from vanity. Plenty of closet space. The food chice at the restaurent was very limited and there are no other restaurents in walking distance. The outside needs work, and it appears that there is ongoing refurbismet there also. Because of nearby hghway work it is easy to get turned around - I missed the turnoff from the highway but took the next exit and found it fairly quickly after that. Staff friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi and ice machine were broken. Breakfast was overpriced for this type of hotel and price a continental breakfast is typically complementary.

The bedding was the nicest thing about our stay. The room was otherwise just a basic OK hotel. We chose this hotel for the pool and it was shut while we were there due to chemical problems. The lobby was nice but when you entered the building from the parking lot there was a heavy smoke odor. There was a seperate vanity outside the bathroom which was nice, and the bath itself was roomy. The staff at the front desk was not attentive. When I was checking out the attendant was helping someone on the phone with a hotel scheduling mix up on their part and the mananger came out and did not help me because she was just coming out to use the copier. After about 10 minutes I asked if she might assist me and she did. Location was right off the main road and was fine. Overall it was just an OK place to stay.
