The hotel was easy to get to and the parking was free. People that checked me in were friendly and welcomed me back as a Priority Club Member. They had some bottled waters and snacks in my room. The meeting rooms were spacious and the food was of high standard.

Drove in from Orange County, showed up at Holiday Inn early and the staff at the front desk was very kind and checked me into a room three hours early. Besides that, they made a point to find a room in a quiet location since I had such a long drive,(I didn't ask). My key didn't work, but the staff was there to help almost instantly! I had a great experience and the most comfortable hotel bed I have been in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was in need of updates, it was old and worn. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked it there was a microwave and fridge available to put in the room they said there was an extra charge per day for that service. The overall room was clean but the decor including the carpeting was old and out of date.

I have never been to a Holiday Inn that you have to be a part of a Club to get the continental Breakfast. We rented one room with 2 beds for one night. we were told that we had to be part of the Priority Club to have the continental Breakfast that we could only have 2 per room could eat. when we rented the room we did it for 4 people and they knew it. So I said to the staff, that means that the other people in are party had to go with out. The said that they could buy Breakfast at the restaurant. I felt like we were begging for food. I hated the way we were treated, like we had come in off the street and were homeless and not worth the time of day.

Ease of checkin/checkout. Internet outage, poor TV signal, no smoking rooms.

We went for a soccer tournament at Cherry Island. I can't say enough about how nice everyone was. The gentlemen at the front desk offered a coloring book with crayons for my son. The restaurant served a great breakfast, (starbucks across the street as well)I will be going back to this hotel when in Sacramento.

In general my husband and I were pleased with our stay at Holiday Inn, location is good, easy access to highway, 15-20 minutes away from Sacramento airport. Room was nice and clean, front desk can provide you with cabel to have internet in your room, which was great! The restaurant downstairs was the only disappoint to us - don't go with a buffet option for breakfast - way to overpriced, you can order out of menu. Dinner menu looks much nicer than it tastes and salads were not fresh at all...So, I would simply recommend skip the restaurant at the hotel and go eat somewhere else, unless you have no choice.

Easy access from Interstate 80. Needs cleaning and or remodeling. The first night we had a children soccer team staying on the same floor in nearby rooms. The noise was quite an annoyance up until about 11:30 at night. The second night the toilet water would not stop running, another annoyance. There was also a large red stain on the carpet in our room.

We stayed with our family for a softball tournament. Hotel is easy to get to, spacious, great food. Staff was very accommodating. Would go back.Breakfast was a nice touch.

The Holiday Inn I-80 (Northeast) Sacramento was a very comfortable hotel to stay at. The rooms were large and clean. Large bathrooms with tub and shower. Great amenities. Quick room service. It was close to family entertainment and shopping and restraunts. Also, quick access to freeways. It was a comfortable and safe feeling hotel to stay at.

I didn't like much. I would not recommend this hotel. Although the lobby area was nice, The hallways were difficult to navigate, the room was horrible. We had two small beds in our room, the bed was uncomfortable. Obviously a well-used mattress. It was right on the freeway, and it was incredibly loud. We had to leave the television on all night to drown out the sound of the freeway, but even that didn't work because after so long the TV would time out and we had to listen to a recording about the hotel on repeat all night.

This was a very clean nice hotel. We arrived at about 2am and it was raining outside. We were hungry and the security gaurd drove us over to the mini-mart across the way and waited for us to get some snacks. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Location to the event we attended while in Sacramento. Room carpet extremely soiled, and needed cleaning.

This does not belong in the Arden zone. It should not be in Arden zone, understand?

"Hotel was clean, easy to navigate and very accessable from the freeway. Also it's close to a Starbucks! It was perfect for the one night stop, quiet, in a business district and comfortable."
Date of Stay:

They provided me with toothpaste and deodorant. Room service closed earlier than stated in the guide and the food was not very good and not hot.
