Breakfast was good. Hot tub not operational, pool water had leaves etc, no flat screen TV.

We were only in Raleigh for one night. A concert with some friends of ours, and we did not want to drive home after the show. The room was very clean and the staff was lovely. The bed was great, and I loved the fact that there were four pillows on each bed! It was very quiet, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very aged hotel. They are trying to spruce it up, but it is like patching a totaled car. When you arrive in your room you are greeted with a heavy plastic card (on the toilet no less) that describes the safety suggestions so you dont get mugged. There are lots of people apparently living in the hotel and using the laundry rooms on each hall as well as lots of parties with banging and loud noise. There are lots of areas of peeling wallpaper, cracked fixtures, paint bubbles, and generally failing facilities.I will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean, secure. Small rooms, no breakfast, no public spaces. Okay for a single traveler who doesn't mind either paying hotel restaurant price for breakfast or walking to the Dunking Donuts just off the corner of the property. It's clean and reasonably safe, though I wouldn't want to park behind the hotel at night (no visibility from road, no traffic, perfect for thieves).

Daily newspaper, clean room, comfy bed andpillow choices. Pool was not open, no continental breakfast andcoffee bad/cold.

Overall excellent.Vvery professional staff. Lobby beautiful. Great front desk service. The pool great, hot tub excellent. Fitness room great. The only thing about this hotel was that, they didn't offer free continental or international breakfast like the other hotels.

Lobby was nice. Very noisy AC. Bathroom small & cramped. Windows very small. Memorial day weekend and pool out of service. Windows in room were very small and in the corners of room. Felt like you we in a windowless box. AC very noisy and cycled on and off all night. TV didn't swivel. We normally stay in Hampton Inns. This was substantially below what we normally see in a Hampton.

Great friendly staff and beautiful hotel! My family and I stayed here for a family reunion. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! Service was great! The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and shopping?downtown Raleigh very close by and easy access to everything. Loved the hotel and location, would definitely recommend staying here whenever visiting Raleigh for business or leisure!

Clean enough. Abit far away from downtown. A good cheap hotel far away from downtown if you have business downtown, better hope you have a rented vehicle. Clean, not the quietest but the beds were comfortable and clean. Same with the bathrooms.

"The pool and hot tub were closed the entire visit. The restaurant was horrible and the hotel staff were not friendly. They offered no assistance when asked what attractions were in the area. Although our room was very nice, the cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room on one of our days there. We had to go to the lobby to ask for towels. "

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Some of the bedroom fixtures were in need of repair (loose light switch plate, tight door hinge). I had a nice stay here. The room was nicely decorated and they even offered a green option for those of us who are environmentally conscious by allowing you to choose when and/or if your linens were replaced. The staff was very friendly and intrusive. One of the desk workers even helped my brother plan a surprise birthday present in my room. Clean, and friendly staff.
