The water park was great. The restaurant had good food and service. The noise level in the atrium. The hotel attendant was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bell hop was helpful.

We were at the water park for a family vacation. The hotel is clean and pleasant looking and the rooms were roomy enough and clean as well. The front desk staff was not very happy and/or friendly at check-in. The water park staff was worse! The man working at the top of the water slide platform was "checking out" all of the ladies and girls as they climbed the stairs to use the water slides. Creepy!! Unfriendly lifeguards. The man working at the food court upstairs said "What chew want?" not "Can I help you?" or "What would you Like?" Not an enjoyable experience. When you are on vacation you want to relax---not be treated like this. It seemed as though everyone hated their jobs and weren't afraid to let you know it. I would not go and stay here again.

We were at this hotel on Halloween. I took a group of girls and they had a blast. The water park was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.

"The waterpark was great.You will not save time and money by eating at the hotel buffet.It consisted of hamburger or chicken for your choice of crunchyor soft tacos. Mac&cheese, rice, tater tots, (yes, tater tots). $75 for 4 people.Sorry, but it was an insult to any family. Was also told with the rate I had and being a ""Priority Club Rewards"" member that we were entitled to a free breakfast buffet. I called to ask for the vouchers and was told: 1. ""Doesnt show that you get these"" (so now it's my word against the front desk) 2. (and I quote) ""There's no way""."

The room was fine and the hotel ammenities are acceptable. If you have children, this would be a great hotel since it has some sort of water park. Internet and telephone service was poor however. Internet service was not available although numerous wireless networks were available. Not great for corporate laptops without admin access for non-typical network setups. If you have important business that requires internet access, I would stay at another hotel.

"If you are looking for a hotel that has a lot to do for adults and children, this is the one. My husband, children and I had so much fun. The waterpark is amazing; there is also a regular separate swimming pool, they have a huge arcade with prizes, a ""Kid Craft"" room, pool and ping pong tables, foosball table and so much more. There are also several restaurants and snack bars and since kids eat free we didn't have to leave the hotel once. The rooms were very nice and clean; the staff was very acccommodating.Would definitely and plan to stay again."

Public spaces and amenities. Front desk staff. Always had to wait at front desk, never more than one clerk working at a time. Hallways can be noisy with kids at times.

"The hotel staff was great, the rooms acceptable. The waterpark was another story. The kiddie pool was cold. The water dirty but the worst part was the staff. we were there twice for several hours at a time and we didn't see one of them smile once. It was like they all hated thier jobs and weren't afraid to show it. It really detracted from the experrience and was so bad that we won't go back."

After staying at many different hotels in the greater Indainapolis area for the USGP, I can honestly say that this one was the best for the money. Most downtown hotels mark up their room rates for this race weekend, so staying right downtown will cost close to $1000 for two nights. This hotel is within 10 minutes of downtown in a nice area with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was large and surprisingly quiet since all rooms are located around a central pool area. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was easy to get to off the main highway and the trip downtown was easy too. Very kid friendly although I did not bring my children.

Very clean, nice location and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend to others as a very nice hotel had restaurant, bar and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. They have a pool, hot tub and especially the water park all indoors.

The best part of our stay was the water park, my Granddaughters had a ball. I was a bit upset that the place did not quiet down after 11 pm. Kids were running the halls until quite late. Lucky for me my grandkids were so tired they did not wake up. We ate at the hotel in the lobby, the food was not up to par with the prices. We had sandwiches up stairs at the water park and they were very good. There was no place to hang wet bathing suits in the room so we had to drape them over chairs and pictures on the wall. With this hotel having a water park the rooms were not very cloths friendly.
