The rooms are to small if you are taking your family. The one thing that I did not like about the hotel is when I asked for a roll-way-bed I was told there would be a fee of 10 dollars.

Proximity to interstate. Old, with no appeal. The room was large but the closet space was lacking, the carpet was dirty, restroom was old in appearance, tub/shower too small, you could see light under the door leading to the outside so anyone could put thins under your door from the outside and critters could easily crawl in.

I stayed 4 nights, with dogs. I found my room clean and well appointed, but the only electrical outlet that was free for cell-phone and laptop charging was in the bathroom. The grounds are very nice, staff friendly and very helpful. The rec/pool facility is very good, especially for families with children. The service in the restaurant and bar was EXTREMELY good, prices reasonable, but the food was disappointing. That was the toughest slab of prime rib I have ever tried to eat, but I have found bad food typical of Holiday Inns nationwide. I tipped heavily because I felt sorry for the excellent wait staff forced to serve such miserable food. Not their fault...

Location was nice for the activities planned for our trip. Hotel was okay in terms of cleanliness. Had a nice pool/activities area. Did not like the location of our room - across from vending & ice, which made it very noisy. Also, two of the 4 lights in the room were without lightbulbs. Again, location and highway access were great.

I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel insofar as customer service and friendliness. The entrance and foyer are truly grand/elegant. The room and accomodations were clean and very comfortable but could use some updating. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and provided wonderful, friendly service.

Overall appearance and ambiance was great. Could have used a business desk instead of a table. A superior hotel from all perspectives. Staff was great, location was convenient, facilities were upscale. No complaints, lots of kudos.

I certainly thought they charged a lot for a room with stained carpeting, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, and a rusty toilet paper holder. There was no fridge that I've found in other motels that didn't charge this much. For the price, they didn't even offer a continental breakfast to their visitors, just coffee. The public facilities looked good and clean, but we didn't have the time to take advantage of them.

i flew from seattle to kentucky for a very important meeting which was at 2:00pm i got to ky at 9:45 and to the hotel at 11:00. i went in the hotel to check in, but the lady at the receptions asked me to come back at 4:00 because that was the check in time, and they did not have any other rooms available. i was very disappointed because i wanted to have some rest before my 2 pm meeting. i end up going somewhere else to get ready. my meeting end up at 8:30pm, so i went back to holiday inn hotel to try to check in again. i had to wait a half an hour for them to find me a room. the only room the could get me was a smoking room. it was very disgusting!!! but my mother was very exhausted and ask me to just take it. we had to stay in this room for 2 nights. i'm very angry for all of this stressful situation.

This hotel was one of the worst Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. The rooms were unclean (my family's room had dog poop left on the ground when we arrived). The dining room had a wide menu, but (even when no one was there) it took them 2 hours to bring out our food, which was undercooked. Instead of working, our waitress sat and talked to her boyfriend the whole time. The only part that was pretty good was the pool and kid's area. The kids enjoyed it. However, we all agree that this is a hotel we will NOT be staying at in the future.

Location, easy to find from I 75, and new circle roads. Wireless Internet not working, and restaurant closed early. Old real estate. Outside doors supposed to require key to get in but always open. Big ballroom parties Friday & Saturday night, big crowd in parking area, seemed insecure. Restaurant closed 1 hour earlier than said in room guide. Denney's next door was awful. Cracker Barrel nearby hard to find. Room itself old but fine, staff friendly but sparse. Pool cloudy. Fire alarm with poor communication to guests. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Adequate as a 2 star.

Nice room, and bed. Public areas need work. Public areas of the hotel need work. Very helpful, friendly staff, and a nice clean room. The public areas looked old, out of date, and could use a freshening. Overall it was a good value.

The hotel served its purpose, given that we had a number of young kids in our large traveling party. The swimming pool, basketball court, and other activities kept the children in the group entertained. Nevertheless, the rooms had a musty smell, and felt humid. The hallways were not kept clean. Some in our party felt the front desk staff was not customer friendly, although, I had no problems with the front desk staff. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel, or stay their again.

The hot tub and recreation facility. The rooms are old, dirty, and smell bad. I did not enjoy this hotel and could not recommend it to anyone it does not deserve the 3 star rating,it barely deserves a 2.

Despite the pool, restaurant, banquet rooms, etc, that makes this a 3 star. Small bathrooms with straight shower rods limiting space in the shower. Dingy halls and rooms are not adjacent to the lobby. Smallish TVs.

Awesome facilities, friendly staff and outstanding value! Awesome holidome facilities, fantastic large clean pool, whirlpool with jets perfect for back-soothing, great workout facility, great sauna, bonuses are a basketball court, shuffle ball, and a large sunning deck. Friendly, helpful staff. It was an outstanding value, highly recommended. Families with kids will have a riot here!
