Went to Indi Race. Great location and motel for the money

Hotel is new, rooms are well appointed and clean. Staff not available at front desk. Restaurant had limited hours and menu. Was an OK experience. Staff not available at front desk. The bartender was excellent! He was attentive without being intrusive, was friendly and prompt with food.

Convenient location and clean. Elevators were hot (no AC) probably normal though. Very nice, quiet and clean. I didn't use the pool on this trip but the pool area was very nice and clean looking.

Check in/out was effortless and easy. Had to swipe my key several times before it would unlock. We got in late and the staff was helpful and friendly. Check in was effortless and easy. Quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to leave early the next day, so we did not get to really use the facilities.

Decor was nice. Did not like the hotel staff, room was not clean. First, there was a prior guests clothes left in the dresser and closet. The floor had not been vacuumed (child's toy and paper on the floor). The lock was broken on the door. We brought the clothes to the front desk and talked to the gentleman there. We decided to use the pool. The pool was dirty and there were no towels on the shelves. My husband went to the front desk and asked for towels. 30 minutes later, he had to go ask for towels again. The bar tender at the lounge had no personality at all. He was more interested in hanging out with his friends that came in and drinking while on the clock than serving anyone else that was a paying customer. When we spoke with the manager about the things we were unhappy with on our stay, he told us there was nothing he would do.

Nice looking hotel, nice rooms. The hotel looked new and the rooms were very nice. I am staying there again this week and the price was even cheaper than the first time I stayed there.

Someones hair all in my bed. Check to make sure your linens were changed. I was disgusted and I had to change them myself before I went to bed if I wanted clean sheets.

Beautiful, clean, smelled good. Most hotels either smell like smoke or cleaning products, but this one just smelled good. No breakfast buffet. As soon as we talked in to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. It was soothing, relaxing, and plenty of seating in the check-in area. Our room was perfect. It was super clean, which is always reassuring, and had a pleasant surprise: the alarm clock worked with my husband's new iPhone. To top it all off, there was a picture taken from Gone With the Wind on the wall. It was a perfect way to set the mood for my husband's and my night away from home.
