I enjoyed the [...] great customer service. Hot tub was too cool and pool was dirty. After spending some time in the bar, I was looking forward as the bed was very comfortable. I fell asleep and woke up the next morning with bites all over my legs, back and stomach. I itched for 3 days with these. I ended up having to throw away my suitcase and all my amenities as I didn't want the bed bugs in my home. I have a 91 yr old mother who doesn't need that. We washed the clothes and I tossed everything else other than my watch and Medic Alert chain. I have never spent such a night in a hotel. Also you are showing the full cost of the room which they cut my bill in half due to the troubles. Please correct this item.I'll never stay there again.

Clean, friendly and excellent location. Updating, paint and carpet over-due. Good Holiday Inn. It appears that they are starting paint and carpet replacement along with some updating. I noticed color boards in the lobby. The staff was friendly. I will continue to stay there.

My husband and I needed a romantic night away from home -which didn't turn out to be romantic at all. When we checked in, we were pretty hungry, we looked at the book that tell you about all the restaurants nearby. They said that they had menus at the front desk for us to place an order from Outback Steakhouse next door, but when my husband went to go pick one up, they then said they didn't have any and told us to walk next door. The whole point off calling our order in, was to avoid going into the restaurant for dinner. The only problem we had was with the outlets. One of them was loose and when you plugged something into them, it would pop - that was how we realized that it was loose. The bathrooms are really nice, the tubs/showers are rather small. I kept banging my elbow on the wall when I was showering. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but the room isn't worth more than 70 a night, and we paid 117.

We had a very nice time at the Holiday Inn. The staff was great and the hotel was in a very convienant spot. We were able to walk to the movies one night and even to dinner. We will stay again.

Looked like a typical hotel room. Bathroom a little small for more than one person. Plenty of space and clean/comfortable. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping along the I35 corridor.

The hotel has nice rooms, beautiful lobby and friendly staff. The hotel is nice. It met our expectations. The rooms have a contemporary decor with a nice flat screen TV.The beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The pool area is nice as well.We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The room itself seemed clean and adequate, but the bathroom was tiny. Also, there were a couple of stray body hairs on the sheets, which makes me wonder if they were changed or not. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were thin and flat. The bathtub drain backed up when we showered and the amount of water coming out of the showerhead was pitiful. There was no Weather Channel on the tv, which was very inconvenient for us as we were going to an outdoor event and wanted to know the weather. Everything else was fine. The air conditioner worked well. The best thing about this hotel is the free, full breakfast the next morning. It was delicious, and everything was piping hot! Altogether, this hotel is OK, but not great. Some new ones are being built in the area, so maybe they will improve with competition.

Breakfast bar. Had trouble with language on smoking policy. I don't smoke. Remodeling looked good. Rain leaks in hallway to the meeting rooms. Been that way for 20 years. Obsolete public computer. Obsolete television set. Kinko's 2 miles away for copies. Wal-Mart on the other side of interstate for supplies.

The staff was truly out to please their clients. Our bathroom door didn't shut completely! Not a big deal to us. The Holiday Inn in Norman, Oklahoma is a great place to stay. They are currently in the middle of renovating the guest rooms. Our room was one that had been renovated. The decor was very nice. The drapes didn't shut (never have seen drapes designed like these before).

Bed was comfortable, No noise, exceptionally great staff, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean; and overall hotel was really clean. Nice swimming pool too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can stay again!

Quiet and free internet. Free coffee was not very good. Have stayed in other hotels in Norman, I would rank this one as one of the better hotels in Norman.

Quality facilities at a really good price. The room seemed damp when I first went in (they could have just cleaned it). Loved it. I will definitely stay here again.
