This was our first trip to the Niagara area and were very impressed w/the hotel, the location and the whole experience. We would (and plan on it) return, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel and the room were clean. Everything we were interested in seeing was walking distance from the hotel.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Maid of the Mist. Good hotel, especially for the money. We walked to the falls and had a great time on the Maid of the Mist.

We thought that visiting the falls was a thing for the whole year but found that it's absolutely seasonable, nothing to do besides watching the falls. In that sense we think that the hotel needs to have something prepared to do such as tours in order to enjoy all the year round.

The location was excellent. Five minutes walk from the Falls! Limited options for the TV Channels, esp. for kids.

We had a good stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative.

Very close to falls, clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Sign for entrance wasn't very visible and had to circle block. Not a big deal though. Clean, friendly, very short distance to falls and all other attractions no need to drive.

Great location. It's an easy walk to the Falls and the Casino. The rooms are very nice.

Good location and clean. Front desk staff were not so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

None. Definitely overrated. Tobacco smell all around the hotel.

This hotel was within walking distance of the State park and the falls. Our room window looked out on a wall. No view. When we arrived we asked for a cot as there were four adults and one 5-year old. As we got on the elevator to go to our room, someone from the hotel was already on there and taking the cot to our room. He moved a chair and a table and set up the cot. In my estimation, this is a great place to stay. My husband and I plan on going back by ourselves and we plan on staying at this same hotel.

Location. Bedding. I ended up with a smoking room and would have preferred a non-smoking room. Not a bad hotel at all. Staff was good, location was good and it was nice that there was a parking lot.

Very good location. Indoor pool was nice, but not special. Front desk staff was rude. Brekfast buffet food was cold. Front desk staff was rude and relunctent to help us. Indoor pool was okay, but nothing special. Berakfast buffet food was cold. Rooms were okay, but nothing special. The best thing about the hotel was that it is within walking distance of Niagara Falls.

Wooden floors in the rooms. Hallways were dingy/dirty. Comfortable and clean beds, great location.

It was conveniently located near area attractions and the restaurant was very nice. The staff and restaurant at this hotel was very good. It was an old hotel. It was comfortable as far as room temperature. The bed was very comfortable. It was a clean facility and a very old hotel.

Cleanliness. Hotel staff was rude . Hotel staff was completely out of sync to hotels quality. Front deskpeople were right down rude. The guy on the desk spoke to me as ifI was there to stay free & forcing him to give me room free of cost. On reservation said room will have view & on check in whatI saw from my window-wall of next room!

Location, room cleanliness, free parking. Amenities. Overall a very mediocre hotel though the rating is 3 star. The staff was unfriendly at the reception, We asked for a king and queen room, got 2 queen rooms. There is no refrigerator in the room ($10 extra charge), breakfast not included in the price, but no buffet breakfast either.
