The hotel was lovely, and the staff very friendly. The falls were a very short walk away, and both the Skylon Tower and the IMAX are right next door.

Convenient location, nice staff, nice restaurant, nice breakfast. No view but said to be with falls view.

The room was clean but dated. The room smelled musty. The hallways, the elevator and other public areas needed a good cleaning. The indoor pool and jacuzzi tiles were filthy. The outdoor pool needed to be vacumed. The bright part of the whole place was the staff.. I was allowed to check in early. Another staff member went out of her way to do an internet search of an attraction I could not find any info on. However, the bad outweighed the good and I would not reccomend this place or stay here again.

Ok. It wasn't a disaster, but we really wouldn't stay here again unless we got a SUPER deal. It just wasn't that nice relative to the price. Could have stayed accross the street at Best Western or down the road at HoJo or Comfort Inn for a lower price and the same level of quality. Not consistent with the Holiday Inn brand.

Location was fine. Nothing opened to eat arrived late. Hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our balcony was overlooking parking lot, but had nice views of busy street and all the tourist spots lit up. Skylon Tower was right there to look at, very tall tower with revolving restaurant. Pricey though.

The room was fair but the dinning room was a cramped and the rug torn. The outside dinning was nice and the live entertainment was very good. The food was OVER priced and even through kids ate free, breakfast for two adults was *! The outdoor pool was great but was closed at 8 p.m. due to an incident and did not reopen the next day at all. The indoor pool was freezing!

We came to admire the Niagara Falls so we spent most of our time dowm by the falls. However, coming with our child, we had to come back and forth couple of times during the days so the location of the hotel was a priority. We also spend some time in the pool but were dissapointed that the outdoor pool was in a terrible shape and there was no sign of having it open in a short time. That was a bad news since the weather was very warm all three days. We appreciated the service of tiding our room up and emptiing the vaste baskets. We missed a little refrigerator in the room and microwave to get ready some meals for the child. All over we were satisfied with the hotel. Thank you.

Enjoyed the size of bed. Great service, everyone was friendly and well mannered.

The hotel was nice. Everything in Niagara is ridiculously overpriced. We took the bus tour promoted in the hotel lobby - YIKES, what a mistake. The tour guide was boring and clueless. If you want a tour of the area, do the IMAX to learn the history, buy a Passport for the four major tours, then drive yourself up to the Niagara on the Lakes shops.

Very good hotel. The weather was not always good but we entertained ourselves in the fitness center, indoor pool, sauna and indoor malls and arcades nearby.

It had a comfortable bed and it was close to the attractions.

The hotel was just ok. It was older than expected, not very attractive. Some areas have been redone, but the rooms have dingy carpets and a bad odor. We asked for another room, but they were booked. I expected a better hotel based on other reviewer's comments. I must admit I was disappointed. The food was not very good either and too expensive. The best comment I can make is the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to the falls. If I had to do it again, I would NOT choose this hotel. I would pay a bit more and get a new hotel.

Holiday Inn Niagra is in the perfect location. We never drove our car the whole time we were there. We could walk to the falls, Fallsview casino was across the street, and casino Niagra was just a short walk through the park. Clifton Hill was also this same short walk. This was our second time to stay and probably won't be our last. The room was clean, not much of a view from the windows but everything else considered it was a great spot.

My wife and I along with our 12 year old grandson and a daughter-in-law and her 3 young children was very pleased with this hotel. The free meals for kids 12 and under applies to the kids menu only. Consequently, the 12 year old didn't order from the kids menu. We ate 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 1 evening meal at CoCo's. When the kids ate the breakfast buffet, it cost them 2.95 Ca. Great deal! We were very pleased with the quality and selection of food items. The hotel is very close, on the hill above, the falls. We will stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed several Holiday Inns and this hotel was definately the lowest on the list. Sliding door would not lock, uncomfortable beds, and overall unclean furnishings.

Good location and nice staff. Our room smelled like smoke and, I requested a nonsmoking room. OK hotel not a 3 star more like a 2 star. Good location but we were on the first floor and there was lots of outside noise. I was unhappy with the smell of smoke. When I tried to call the front desk to notify them of the problem the line was busy for a half hour.

"This hotel is worn and tattered. The worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Pool had a bag of garbage at the bottom of it and it was left there the entire time of my stay. Rooms had outdated showers and the balconies were chipped and needed work. Stains on carpet, restaurant was out of numerous food items. Indoor pool was clean but needed work. The price was ok but I wouldnt have payed more than $50. TV power button was broke and the movie channel did not work.Would definatly not take my children here. Was not treated like a priorty member at all. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel."
