the hotel was fine the pool is only about 3 feet deep and not very big. the hot tub was nice and hot.

The staff were very friendly, the pool looked great. This hotel had outstanding beds and pillows. It is close to the main roads and only a short drive to see the bridge over the New River gorge.

It was quiet, the kids enjoyed the pool. There was no detergent in the laundry facility and no one was able to help me find any. Overall, I have little complaint. It was quiet, the staff was friendly.

Plenty of parking, Safe, I did like the soap smell. It wasn't free? I really would like to shake the bed spreads and sheets daily or when they enter the rooms. Thank you! Country setting, everything close.

Convenient location to golf course and surrounding attractions. Restaurant not up to quality in food versus the hotel itself. Very nice rooms and convenient to Bridge Haven Golf Course and other attractions in Oak Hill and Fayetteville.

Great location to rafting and rock climbing activities. Pool was small and shallow. Shower a little narrow. Lobby and common area was redone. Pool was small and shallow. This hotel had a great location to the New River Gorge which offers rafting, rock climbing and hiking trails.

Hotel was very clean and easy access. Pool ladder broke and cut my foot. Everything was really nice. Need a better breakfast to offer in the restaurant for guests.

Excellent location, easy access. Rooms were very out of date and worn looking for a Holiday Inn. Bed was too small and furniture was poor quality. Not bad for a short stay. Good location and safety for family needs and business. Staff is friendly and very helpful, willing to assist any way possible. With exception of an issue I reported of an unauthorized vehicle parking in handicap parking for which no action was taken. I find this in poor taste and not enforcing the law and regulations set forth by not only by state and federal law but by Holiday Inn as well. Being a handicapped person and reporting this issue to the manager on duty I expected It to be taken care of but it was not!

Great staff. Public areas not air conditioned. Hotel staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was great, good food, good service. Carpets need to be replaced in room. Public area didn't seem to be air conditioned and side door (D entrance) outside entrance had a card key lock but did not work, anyone could walk in. I think problems here are with management not on site staff.

Wonder and very accommodating staff. They helped with everything we asked. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air was unpredictable. I would recommend this hotel as the staff was superior. It was very clean and had been renovated. The indoor pool was great. Beds were not the most comfortable but fair.
