All went well. The staff was very nice. The exterior looks a bit aged but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only dissapointment was the lack of a continental breakfast. The breakfst menue was, however, quite reesonalbly priced. We will stay here again next year on our visit to New Braunsels

Touted as the "only full service hotel in New Braunfels" I had something different pictured. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the doors opened to the parking lot, not an interior hallway. Also, the rooms were small. And smelled funny. And it's right by I35 and you hear every car that goes by. Basically, if you travelled with your family in the '70's, this was where you stayed. That's what you should expect. Don't expect today's newer hotel styles. BUT - - - I cannot say enough about the courtesy of the staff. They were attentive, very helpful, and just plain nice! When we arrived, it was very cold and the heater in our room did not work. We called to the front desk, and in less than five minutes maintenance was there to fix the problem. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the wait staff was very nice. The building was not the best, but the staff was 5 star.

THis Motel was way over priced, for what you get, i think the place must have been built in the late 70's not much renevation since. Lots of bugs in the room and cost as much as the Omni in Downtown Austin, save your cash stay in your car... if this is your only option.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. The front desk was ok but didn't even give good directions to my room. I didn't use room service. It was ok clean could have been better. I wouldn't stay there again..

The hotel is clean and is the only hiotel with a restaurant and bar in New Braunfels. The rooms are quiet and is in a good area of town. I have stayed there {4] times and would stay there again.

It was a group of four of us wanting a place near the Guadalupe River and the historic Gruene district. This was perfect! It was clean, well kept, close to the river, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to get our full river floating day started. I would definitely book here again if we floated the river in the future.

Room was very clean. Room had a weird smell. Overall good hotel to stay at. It was clean and the pool area was very nice. The room smelled funny but I think it was just what they cleaned it with. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed at this hotel over 21 years ago on our honeymoon and it was almost as nice as it was then.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking seems a little crowded. Older but nice hotel. Well-maintained, rooms seem updated. The only problem we had was trying to connect to internet.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The pool was a bit murky an unchlorinated. The hotel was easily accessible, friendly and clean which met our expectations. The pool, however, was murky.

Pool was clean. No quality for Holiday Inn, very old style. Upon arrival I was a little shocked. I expected it to be nice since it was a Holiday Inn, but it is old and outdated. The fitness room had no A/C which made it impossible to work out since temp is 100 degrees.

The pool was clean and ready to use. The soda machines didn't work. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the pool was in good condition. The location is great for easy access to Schlitterbahn, historic Greene, and other attractions.

For a business traveler, it was in a good location. Food is expensive, no complimentary breakfast, overpriced for what you get. The hotel is in decent shape, rooms were clean, etc., but it was way overpriced for what you get. Our room faced I-35 so you heard traffic all day/night. When we arrived, there was vomit in one of the outdoor covered walkways. They did clean it up later that day. The fact that we paid for two nights stay and didn't even get a complimentary breakfast was pretty disappointing.

Very friendly employees No elevators We were very pleased with the hotel except not having an elevator for our guest that could not climb the stairs.
