The hotel complex is located in the suburb of Unterhaching, just south of Munich. It offers a peaceful setting and is still only twenty minutes from the centre of Munich by tram. The hotel is located just 5 min walk away from the S-Bahn station Taufkirchen which goes directly to Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof.

The hotel has a white facade and large windows giving it a modern and friendly appearance.

The garden restaurant is located in the inner courtyard of the hotel complex. The hotel restaurant "Leonardo" serves Italian and international cuisine in an informal atmosphere. The restaurant is decorated in light pastel colours. The bistro bar "Alex" offers drinks and fresh draught beer in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

The lobby is medium in size, bright, with a modern design, decorated in light grey, black and white colours.

The rooms are on average medium in size, although they do vary a lot in both shape and size. They are furnished in a light, neutral colour scheme with wooden furniture. The twins rooms have one normal bed and one comfortable sofa bed. They are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
