The outside noise. The hotel meet my expectations, however it is fairly loud due to the outside noise.

the location is very close to a big mall like 5 min walking but is to far from downtown montreal. excellent room and cleaness beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffett was excelent But my room was on the side of the freeway and it was very noise , a lot of street noise . I left my Ipod when checking out and called back to report but nothing was found on the room. Other than that is a very nice hotel

The room was clean. Lack of adequate security in a high crime area, My vehicle was stolen. Hotel met all of my expectations until I checked out at 6:45 a.m. the day after my arrival. My vehicle was stolen from their parking lot despite having a security guard and security camera. There is only one small parking lot so I'm confused as to how their guard was not aware that my vehicle was being stolen.

This hotel is my top pick when in the west end of Montreal the Staff is super and the hotel is well priced for the type of hotel it is if in montreal you should check it out

Its old and needs renovating - updating the linens (bedspread, curtains..etc) would improve things considerably. Bed also seemed old.

Good location near alot of restaurants. Room is older and they had no king size beds available. Good location, nice pool and workout room but when facing trans canada highway you heard alot of traffic noise in your room.

If you have to stay on this end of the island, you could do much worse. The pool and workout facilities are very nice and the service is always outstanding. The restaurant's not great, but there are plenty of other choices to eat around it

Nothing. Toilet overflow, stinking, wet carpet, room wasn't changed. Toilet overflow in the bathroom, was stinking, wet carpet for 2 days, still the room wasn't changed. Very unfriendly hotel staff.

Cheaper. Not the cleanest of rooms. Its 15 minutes from downtown. The room was older and some fixates and the room could stand to be cleaned completely. Friendly staff gave bad directions to get to downtown.

Very clean and friendly staff. Highway noise. The Hotel was easy to locate and conveniently located near the highway. However, due to its locality, there was a lot of highway noise. Choose a room not facing the highway to avoid the noise. Very clean.

Very nice pool, hot tub and gym facility. Bed comfortable. Matresses and curtains should be replaced. Overall very nice hotel. Rooms a bit old but cleaned.
