Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Far from Metro, no good restaurants/ cafe's around- its like suburbia.

Nice and quiet and not far from a Metro station

Be careful! The hotel had its own car-park. NOT ideal for people with Large cars, very tight in the up/down ramps and parking spaces. Be careful of the height as there are NO signs. In the brochure it does not mention about an extra charge for the hotels car-park but in the room information booklet it stated 15 euros for British and on another countries page it said 13 euros, WHY?This could not be answered! The hotel was not the same standard as they are in this country.

Easy. Easy from metro stop, which is important. Clean rooms, big and nice which is important. Staff spoke decent enough English.

The hotel did not have availability of the family room we had booked but instead gave us a double room and twin room with a joining door which worked out perfectly. The rooms were clean and well sized and provided excellent value for money. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful - providing advice on getting around Paris, parking, where to eat etc. This was an excellent start for our stay in France. We would stay here again. Logistically this was a decent location as well.

Spacious bathroom. The closest Metro was about 3 blocks away. Wonderful staff, very clean hotel. Very spacious room(and bathroom) and comfortable bed. Located in a nice area of town not too far from many of the attractions, but you will have to take the Metro,as too far for walking. The closest Metro station was approx 3 blocks (not bad), but there was a bus stop around the corner from the hotel and also a supermarket and bakery.

I had a very nice room - clean and spacious - but my colleague was quite unlucky. Her room smelled bad, dirty bathroom, dirty linens, terrible experience. The hotel staff is very friendly and does their best to handle guest requests, but they always seem to be overworked.Because the location is quite remote (residential area - no nearby restaurants), the lack of restaurant is a bit inconvenient. However, the kitchen heated up a take-away meal for me one night and the room service another night was ok.Overall, if you are lucky with the room it is a good value for money.

Nice big comfortable bed, nice, helpful desk personnel. Location. This is a nice, quiet hotel and good for business travellers. It is a little far from most tourist areas, although there is a Metro station about a 10 minutes walk away. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, good service, nice people. No free breakfast. Good hotel, enjoyed the stay, neighborhood is a classy, very Parisian neighborhood similar to New York's upper west side.

Not one thing. Tiny room, A/C non-functional, accused of not paying for two. I was not upgraded even though my Priority Club number was noted and I was assured I would be, I was told my room was of legal size. The bathroom door could not be opened beyond 30 degrees because of the location of the bed and the size of the room. The A/C was noisy and non-functioning. Cooling the room required opening the window, and listening to the noisy arterial.

Great front desk folks and great help-domestics, etc. Nothing. This place just has it together big time.

Helpful staff. Cafe too expensive for breakfast. Good choice for a weak dollar in an extensive city.

Staff was polite. Hard to find, very small rooms, no hotel restaurant only buffets breakfast really expensive for little service. Would not recommend for individuals looking being near sites. Very small rooms, no hotel restaurant. Spent 4 hours driving around Paris trying to find the hotel.

Room was modern, clean and above expectations. Staff very friendly went out of way to help. Spoke English very clean hotel in nice residential loc. Nothing. Great modern hotel within 3 short block walk of the main metro line with the closet stop to vanguard. Lovely bake shop close by where we bought pastries to eat with our coffee prepared by the staff to eat in our room for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a nice surprise with large tub and shower lots of towels, and large bed. TV had bib and can. Would go back.

Large rooms. Breakfast buffet is expensive 13 euros. This hotel is more American style than others I stayed at in France. The staff is multi-lingual, all staffers were helpful, one clerk had a "Paris" attitude, kind of snooty. The facilities are modern, large and clean. One block over, you get a great very of the Eiffel tower -- recommended at night. Several good restaurant choices within a walking distance.

Nice location close to Montparnasse Station and Eiffel Tower. Great treatment. Sometimes they would come to clean the room too early. My own fault, forgot to post the Do not disturb sign. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Assisted me with everything I needed to the best of their ability. Metro station is close by but we never really used it. It's a nice walk down Rue de Vaugirard to the center. Make sure you do not confuse this Holiday Inn with another one that is located on the Rue de Vaugirard. Certainly recommend it to everyone.
