Great room with a little balcony. We loved the pillow menu. A pillow for every preference! Staff was very nice. Yummy cookies at the reception.

i was surprised with how nice this hotel was. It's a good location with shopping within walking distance and big attractions a few short minutes away. The rooms were clean and our stay was peaceful. The restaurant in the hotel has terrific food, much better than I expected. The only problem I had with the hotel was the staff at the front desk. Some of them were friendly, but others were rather rude. There were a few times in which I had a difficult time communicating with them and getting them to understand what I wanted (such as calling a cab). One evening I had called the hotel to see if their shuttle was available and after asking a few questions that the employee on the phone seemed to find difficult to answer, I was put on hold and soon after hung up on. I called back and she immediately asked if I could be put on hold. I was about to refuse, but she put me on hold before I could say anything. Other than a few hardships with the staff, it was overall a fairly nice stay and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I was here for only one night, but found the staff to be very friendly. The room (2 queens) was generous, but I was disappointed that the carpet was a little dirty, and the toilet didn't function properly (I could remedy the situation myself). The breakfast buffet was okay. There were plenty of options on it. There were several fast food restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. I don't travel to San Diego much, but this hotel was booked for me by the company I was visiting. On my next trip out, I will look at other (less expensive) options.

Location very near shopping and restaurants. Highway access fantastic. Lobby computers for internet access required credit card to use. Located right off highway, restaurants and stores (Walmart just a block away) very close, could walk to many. No free breakfast unfortunately, they should provide at least a continental. If you're staying over a Saturday night, be aware that there is a church group who rents conference room space on the main floor for a Sunday am service and does live music beginning at 10 am if you're on the second floor, you may feel, hear the beat of the bass guitar, drums for a good hour or so between 10 am and 11am.

This hotel was very nice, clean, no problems at all. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The restaurant provided a breakfast buffet which was convenient and also children were free. The hotel was in a nice area, about 10 minutes away from Sea World and only 5 minutes away from a Mission. We would return here.

The room was clean (very important to me). The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The high-speed internet connection was reliable. The food at the restaurant was VERY good -- breakfast lunch and dinner (I've been a regular business traveler for decades, and you rarely find a restaurant at a hotel/motel with food this good.) The staff at this hotel is both friendly and helpful. (Example: I managed to lock my keys in my rental car... the front desk volunteered to drive me to the rental company at the airport to get a second set of keys! It turned out that i didn't need to take them up on their offer, but it was sure nice to know the offer was there and I didn't have to worry.) Every time I've stayed here (this was my 4th stay) they have checked me in very quickly and efficiently... with fresh cookies!

Nice staff and nice rooms. Staff was not quick with any requests. Staff was friendly but not time efficient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was not great because they do not enforce people to park within lines. Also lines okay for compact cars but not great for large SUV.

Parking is cramped. Breakfast in the restaurant was okay. The waitress was outstanding. We had called in the afternoon to see if it was okay if we did a late checkin. The clerk said ""No problem"". But it was. We got there after 8 PM and they told us there were no Kings left and downgraded us. I was tired and didn't take it kindly. Okay. I went Donald Duck on the front desk clerk. We ended up in a nice room with two queen beds. It really was okay but it took a couple of hours for me to get over it. I was tired and grouchy, after all. Nuf sed.

I was in town on business and the hotel was in a great location in an easy to navigate setting. The room was a good size the food was reasonably priced and pretty good. The only mediocre meal was the New York steak and only because it was slightly overcooked. It was pretty quiet most of the time, so sleeping was not a problem. Overall it was a pretty decent value and I would stay there again.

Everyone was friendly. Lots of construction going on. It reminded me of cheep motel. that swimming pool was not in operation the 8 nightsI was there on vacation. Neither was the spa in operation.

I liked that it was across the street from the event I attended. The pool was closed due to reconstruction. This was a perfect hotel and location for the event I needed to attend. It was cleaner and nicer than I had expected. I brought my girlfriend on this trip and we both felt comfortable and safe here. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The bonus on this trip was, a major NFL professional football team was staying at the hotel at the same time and so we got to dine with Pro football players!

The location was easy to find. Did hear freeway noise. I would choose this hotel again. Check in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. We felt safe as we were two older women.
