When I got there I was greeted really good. the entire staff was always happy about what they where doing.

Over all this was a good experience but the things I was disappointed about were the size of the room and the charge to park. The room was small for the price and I was caught of guard about the $10/night for parking in their lot (which was not an official pay lot or parkinglot. I did however like the room decor and flat screen tv so I guess that is where the price was justified but still too small, yet very clean since it is only 6 mons old. Great location to Midway airport and up the road were a variety of shops/stores and restaurants.

Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were wonderful. Food was great, easy access to airport with free shuttle there & back. Can't think of anything! Hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms were very nice & very clean. Restaurant had friendly staff & great food - very fast. Inside pool was clean - could use a little updating, but nice and clean. Had a very nice work-out room with equipment. Have a small room with computers for easy internet access if you don't have your laptop computer with you. Nice outside sitting area to enjoy!

Quiet, clean, great bed, decent bar, and super flat screen TV. Daily fee for parking. The Holiday Inn is, by far, the best hotel located in the Chicago Midway Hotel Center on Cicero. It is the newest property on site with clean rooms, great beds, nice flat screen TV, easy access to and from Cicero Avenue and free wireless internet. I have stayed at 4 other hotel chains in the Midway Hotel Center park and this is by far the best - even better than the full service Marriott.

Great transportation to airport. No early morning breakfast availability. The convenience of the hotel was very nice. Restaurant was too small and did not offer breakfast.
