	Date of Stay: May, 2009
The staff was courteous and put up with my ignorant questions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only suggestion might include setting up quieter and more efficient air conditioning units. The fans were VERY loud and the room was quite warm. The restaurant staff were welcoming, personable, helpful, and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to dine there in the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights for a family reunion in town. Room was clean, staff was attentive enough for a hotel in this price range. I usually stay at much more expensive hotels, but was satisfied with the experience. Good points are the room service food which was pretty good and SUPER inexpensive and there are a number of cool pubs/food joints within walking (or stumbling) distance. Parking was a drag but overall a decent place to stay. Horrible towels. Probably a great place to stay for a game at the Metrodome.

The hotel is worn out,such as, the carpets. The hallways looked out of date, too old. When I checked in I didn't get any assistance with my luggages. The room still had belongings from the previous people that were there. However, my worse experience there was with the hotel restaurant manager. He proclaimed that he had tampered with my meal and he didn't care if I knew it or not. I was unable to eat there during my whole visit. He was rude and disrespectful, almost my whole visit there. I finally reported him to the hotel managers and they compensated me with some of the money I had already paid for my stay there. The restaurant manager was spoken to and he stopped being disrespectful and rude towards me. P.S.: The only meal I ate there, on my first day there, was paid for eventhough he stated that he tampered with it.

The price was right and the location good. Close by bars/restaurants all within walking. Not too far from the U of Minn - Twin Cities. Parking could be better but worth the hassle in my opinion.

Staff, food and rooms were wonderful. The parking was rather difficult. Owned independently. I can't say anything negative about my stay there. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

"This hotel was fine as far as accomodations, however if you plan to stay there know that they do not have their own parking and you will pay around 10 dollars for your overnight parking in the adjacent city municipal ramp."

Great location friendly staff, We enjoyed ourselves very much. We went to three twins games at the metrodome. We walked to the games and stopped off at a couple of little bars both coming and going to the games. I would recommend this place to anyone!

People are nice. Hotel is clean. TV is old. The remote is not working properly. Access internet is cable only. But the cable connector is broken.

Location. Relatively near (short drives, long walks) U of M Campus, Metrodome, and downtown Minneapolis. Several eateries/bars within easy walking distance(100 yards!), though Grandma's Saloon and Grill is closed.

Location to downtown. Drunk people everywhere. I came to the motel with my young adult children for a football weekend. My kids couldn't use the pool or hot tub due to the rude, loud and nasty drunks. We made several attempts and finally used the facility but left after a short time. Next time we will stay at the near by motel that doesn't have a pool or hot tub and is less expensive. We also had to walk around drunk passed out people in the connected parking ramp and listen to nasty comments from drunks in the lobby insulted my son who is a member of the home town football team who lost their game. There were people outside the motel drinking when we walked in at 3:00 PM and it only got worse as the evening went on. Not a good experience.

Great location near U of M. Staff should all be fired. Housekeepers cleaned room 2/5 days. Location is great. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is horrible. This is a wonderful hotel if you don't care about having your room cleaned or need anything from the front desk.
