Check-in was efficient and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A hospitality room was included (which was a pleasant surprise), but we didn't use it. Very reasonable room rate--excellent value.

Room & restaurant. Door security was not repaired until after arrival. Very good.

First of all, our laptop would never work in our room. We tried the 800 number they provided and we still could not get service? (we have never had problems in other hotels). We were very unhappy with our stay in this hotel. We had several rude interactions with the owner. The owner needs to take some hospitatlity lessons. We witnessed him being rude to guests on more than one occasion.

I love traveling but some of my last hotel experiences weren't so great, so when I needed to attend to family in Ohio, I poured over hotel reviews. I hoped that the good reviews I found for this hotel were true. They were. The room was clean with what appeared to be new furnishings, new beautiful linens. I ordered one each of their custom pillows and they gave them to me with a smile. Staff was efficient. When we called in a maintenance request for the tv, it was taken care of quickly. The restaurant, Alfredo's, was great! If I need to return, I'll be checking for vacanies here!

Very clean room and bathroom, great overall experience. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and overall convenience to the interstate for the activities we had planned.

I meet up with some friends in town and I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable and looks very new. Tiffany at the front desk was very sweet and we had a great dinner in the restaurant. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

The room was surprisingly well-appointed and comfortable-I was also pleased to have free internet. The outside of the hotel is very outdated. I was amazed when I walked into the lobby and found it was so much more luxurious than the exterior. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways. The room and bathrooms were newly updated and very comfortable, and the room internet was free. Although our trip was too short to take advantage of it, we appreciated the availability of the onsite pool and, while we again were not able to take advantage of it, the classy looking Italian restaurant on the property smelled divine.

we were in cleveland for a family funereal, and thus needed to stay there for 2 weeks. we have since returned and stayed another week. the front desk was friendly and very helpful in any way i needed. one day i mentioned that i needed a phone number, and the next thing i knew, i had it in my possession. the restaurant food was good, and when i had a problem with a waitress, it was handled quickly and professionally. much to my surprise!the rooms were spotless and comfortable. parking free and spaces readily available.i will stay there again at thanksgiving as well. this is a great find!

Very nice layout, very nice staff. The shower! This is a very nice hotel. It is conveniently located, except at afternoon rush hour, where access to and from is very limited. The shower heads are old and need upgrading to the new kind that Holiday Inn is so busy touting. After all, a hotel stay is room, facilities, and shower. One of these is horrifically weak, which pulls the rating way down.

The kids enjoyed the pool and I liked the cleanliness and modern accommodations. This is a very nice place. The restaurant was good-staff was excellent. Very clean, modern, great pool that the kids loved.
