People were very courteous. Wanted to stay another day and even though our room wasn't available they were very accommodating in getting us another one.

Our room was very clean, the indoor pool was great for the grandaughter. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the food and service was awesome!

After reading the other reviews on this site, I was a little leery about taking my kids with me, but it turns out that the hotel is no longer 'Martinsburg Health and Fitness Center' and my kids and I had the HUGE indoor pool all to ourselves! The upgraded rooms are amazing, and the renovations are making such vast improvements. Can't wait to return!

Stayed at this location on Valentine's day. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi rooms and were very happy.

The pool was the best I've swam in for a long time. Doors to the terrace from the pool locked you out. Very nice hotel with fairly well-insulated rooms that kept out most of the noise. A wedding reception was being held at the hotel so there were a lot of celebrants who had over-indulged in the bubbly beverages.

The room was very nice and the dining facility was excellent. Price for dinner was very reasonable for the high quality of food and the amount of food received. The dessert tray was excellent. I would definitely stay at this facility again. If you did not want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, there were many restaurants in the immediate facility, as well as a shopping mall and a movie theater.

Convenient, and consistent quality. Smoking room and I am non smoker. Holiday Innhad consistent quality. Room was a smoking room and front desk made it problematic to switch to a non smoking room. Front desk was slow and acted like it was a monumental task to move me to non smoking. I then ended up next to the elevator.

Everything! The restaurant hours were too short. The experience was one of the best I have ever had. I would compare this stay to that I experienced on a cruise ship. The staff was friendly and helpful! The restaurant was not only affordable the food was delicious! The wait staff was friendly and courteous! The room was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room even smelled good. Overall, this stay was amazing! I can't wait to go back!

Clean, comfy andcozy. We liked everything. Very nice hotel. We needed directions to the hotel and when we called we were given friendly directions from a man that really knew his way around the area. He was also the one that checked us in when we got there and he was very kind and professional.

Received a rollaway immediately on request (10:30 p.m.) Indoor pool closed due to something in it. Hall carpet. Hotel has all been redone inside and out, it's great having a microwave and fridge even for a short stay. Front desk girls friendly, and accomodating!

Nice, neat, and clean. There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel. Hotel was nice, neat, and clean. Personnel friendly and helpful. Pool in nice condition. Plenty of towels poolside.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Nothing. What a great trip! My room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and most importantly it was comfortable!
