I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The accommodations were nice. Our room was located on a courtyard that faced a nice outdoor area with a pool. The courtyard was great for walking my dog. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has two restaurants attached to the same building, a Denny's an a bar. I would definitely recommend this place for the price.

The Holiday Inn was very clean and a great room for the price. It was more than I had expected when they described it as a standard room. Low Price guarantee room/rate. The bed was verylarge and comfortable. the room was spacious with a sitting area. nice large refrigerator, staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again .

Very dated. This is a motel that has made little improvements to stay in competition with newer nicer facilities. The breakfast was good, but limited.

Friendly staff. This hotel was average. It is an older hotel and does not appear to have been updated in a while. Smells old. The restaurant was average. Nothing spectacular, but pricing was reasonable with hotel breakfast coupon.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no closet and your clothing is hung near the sink outside the bathroom door. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The room was well maintained but there was evidence of wear on the outside grounds. The location is convenient to several restaurants and Denny's will deliver to your room. I would stay here again if I had to return to Texas.

Nice pool setting, wonderful staff, clean rooms. Denny's was connected to motel. Not good food. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel has lots of nice trees, lovely large pool, clean, comfortable rooms and the best staff I've encountered in a long time.

Helpful, friendly staff. Not enough variety with continental breakfast. Then first room that we were assigned to had major foul odor from plumbing, they assigned us more rooms, however, slight inconvenience to us.

I like that I upgraded to a suite because the room was nicer. Why put a "suite" right next to the stairs? It was loud with people walking up stairs all night. It was average, small town = small and old model hotel I guess. Staff was pleasant.

Friendliest and most helpful staff ever. No elevator, cockroaches in room, lobby rest rooms were filthy. On the downside: The room was attractive and clean enough, however the mirrors were placed in such a way that there was no privacy in the bathroom without shutting the door. So, you either steamed up the bathroom and perspired right after showering, or you can be stared at by whomever is lying on the bed. Also, unfortunately, we were visited by quite a few insect friends of the "you don't want to take them home" variety. When checking out we made mention of this to the staff and they tried to make it up to us. Another disappointment was no elevator for us handi-capped folks which made things a little inconvenient and the wait-staff at the Denny's seemed to be mostly rude airheads. On the upside: I have never met a more accommodating staff anywhere and I will return just because of them.
