Staff is more than friendly and helpful. Making customer feel at home and comfortable is their number1 goal. I wish I had a room with microwave and fridge. I enjoyed almost everything about this hotel. The staff was the best i have ever had. No complaints.

Hotels grounds lovely, nice exterior view & look of hotel. Front desk staff busy. Carpet in room. Pool not indoor/outdoor-couldn't use-cold. The exterior has the look of MX-very nice. Lobby & exterior of hotel beautiful. Rooms space is good, beds inviting w/beautiful comforters. Keyboards in cyber room-can't distinguish letters. Restaurant menu limited. Quality large entrées & excellent room service. The hotel seemed very safe/could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was very friendly,I felt very safe, and the free ride to the consulate was what made me stay. Restaurant was a little expensive. From the day we arrived to the day we left, the staff was more than helpful. We werre very pleased with the location and the safety. The rooms were very nice, made me feel at home. I very much loved the internet avaliability. It was very helpful. Especially when you are here for the consulate. Our main reason for staying was the free rides to the consulate. I would recommend it to anyone.

Free ride to new American Consulate & the clinics every hour. Not to many close restaurants to walk to. Hotel has a very friendly staff. The room was clean. The food is costly it is just as paying for a lunch/dinner at Applebees. There is American restaurants about 5-10 minutes by taxi (McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's & Applebees).

Courteous staff! Depressing location, since the closure of the embassy near this address. The hotel staff was fantastic, helpful and bent over backwards to make the stay pleasant. They have an hourly shuttle to the new embassy location. The only problem is the closure of many businesses nearby the hotel. The restaurant was overpriced for family purposes. 20 pesos for a cup of cruddy coffee is crazy.

The friendliness of the staff. I had to go to reception to get my room cleaned. Good hotel in a location somehwat out of the way.

Service to embassy. No hot water until I spoke with 3 persons and waited for an hour! First room I got had no electricity. Later the hotel had no hot water! Unbelievable! I should talk to 3 persons to get the boiler started and wait for an hour to take a shower. Even low grade hotels have hot water available for 24 hrs.

The staff is amazing. They work hard to make the hotel a good place to stay.

Convenient clean great employee service protected parking. Smoke smell in non smoking suite. Great location next to american consulate. Easy to find from el paso boarder. Front desk and room service is quick and efficient. Nicely sized rooms for Junior suite. Furnishings and carpets slightly outdated but clean. Notable smoke odor in a suite booked as non smoking, room had three ash trays in it. This seems to be theme in a lot of hotels in the area though. All in all a solid 4 of 5.

The staff. No free breakfast, no child friendly areas. The location is convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with two children (2 and 10) and there was nothing for them to do. The pool is not appropriate for small children and there is no play space. I was told there was a free continental breakfast there was not. I was told kids eat free they do not. We would not have chosen this hotel is knew that ahead of time.

Very clean and staff curtious. My room was not ready on time, we had to wait one hour and a half before we could have our room.

The staff is very helpfule with protecting your belongings. The prices in the hotel restaurant. $15.00 to eat breakfast for one person not including the drink. The Lincoln is in a perfect location. I traveled from Torreon MX for an appointment with the US Embassy. This hotel is very close to the Embassy just as they describe.Walking distance is less than 5 minutes. There are restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall all in walking distance. I would recamend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, friendly, reasonable price, convenient area, friendly staff. Too much noise by ACheather, not enough safes in the hotel for guests valuables. I recomend this hotel as far as being very clean, great price, located very close to the American cosulate office and clinics and malls.

Swimimng pool. Room was not clean, smelled bad. The staff at the hotel are very nice. I didn't like the fact that the room was not very clean. There was a horrible smell in the room and the cable didn't work good. The TV was very blury.
