Great staff. The hotel is in the process of renovation. The rooms are lovely, having been completed. Work is still being done on the public spaces. It would be nice to have more private spaces to read, there is only one huge lobby and, sometimes, a lot of noise. We ate breakfast at the hotel, it was very good and reasonably priced.

Everyone was very polite and helpful, clean and quiet. Price of breakfast was over priced. Will definitely stay there gain. Best we have ever stayed at. Friendly, courteous, helpful and clean. Switched our room because first room was a smoking room.

Comfortable beds and location. Nothing complementary - water, coffee, etc. The lobby staff was very pleasant. Our breakfast waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant manager was aloaf and unknowing about the availability of their products. The hotel location and bedding are great.

It was clean, very comfortable bed, & bedding. New large LCD TV, thick towels, and roomy bathroom. It appears they are completing a renovation, the signage from the street was difficult to see, and locate from the road at night.

I was treated great and enjoyed being on the presidental floor. Hotel personel were very nice. I really enjoyed being on the presidental floor. I had access to a hospitality room for the duration of my stay. Just a very nice place to stay.

Excellent staff that made me feel welcome and met my needs. A nice Holiday Inn undergoing renovations that far exceeded my expectations. Staff was very inviting and treated me better than any other property I've stayed at this year. My renovated room was first class all the way.

Great location andchild friendly. No continental breakfast. Greeted nicely when we arrived, were offered to make sumores with my granddaughter. We were given a nice, quiet room on the first floor away from the bar and dance room.

Wonderfully comfortable, well-appointed room, very well priced Nothing. The best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in, right down to the duvets and overstuffed pillows.

Had a bar, restaurant and free wireless. Charged $7 for a bowl of children's cereal. Hotel is in renovation - outside looks terrible. No menu breakfast option - have to pay forfull buffet,even if your child wantsone boxof cereal. Bar closes very early.
