Appeared newly renovated. Outside entry to room. Parking included good location. Missed our breakfast order placed the night before (but they paid for it at restaurant). Was not happy to pay extra for small dog on trip. Basically happy with hotel. Wish hotel room had at least one window that opened.

After having read the previous reviews about the Holiday Inn, I was a little concerned. Once there, however, I was very happy with the accommodations. My room had been remodeled and had every amenity I needed. It overlooked the inviting swimming pool (wish I had brought my suit!). They have complimentary beverages in the lobby. It was within 1/2 mile of Laguna Beach proper so it enabled me to walk to everything. The only negative, which had not been disclosed, was that they do charge for parking. Other than that, I had a great stay and would stay there again.

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, excellent shopping and restaurants. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The hotel is across the street from the beach--close enough to walk but not so close as to be bothered with noise.

Great Look with the perfect area to relax. The rennovations were not complete. Great location from where it was at. Truly a great area to relax and get away. The hotel is still new and still needs to work out some of the kinks. Beautiful Hotel with all the lighting fixtures illuminating its prestige.

We love laguna Beach. the motel was within easy walk to the beach. laguna was very quiet over the Thanksgiving holiday-just what we needed.

Location was great, accommodations where comfortable and stylish. Noisy Boulevard location, no Jacuzzi. Nice Orleans style hotel. Very convenient location, a walk across the street to the beach and several blocks from the Downtown square. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Arrived with my family of 4 at 7pm. We had a reservation for a double room and were told all that was available was a single. The rooms are very small and 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The hotel staff was rude and unsympathetic. We were offered no compensation and there were was no other accommodations available in LB. I was most upset the hotel staff was very rude. I would never bring my family here again. I only reccommend staying here if you will be spending very little time in your room since the location is good and a reservation means nothing.

Wonderful hotel, staff was super friendly and accomodating. We loved the location, right in the heart of Laguna and a block from the beach. Be prepared to climb stairs, the main street sits high on a cliff and it's a steep flight down to the ocean (we had a toddler with towels, toys, and a stroller). But it's well worth the "excercise". We really felt like we got a lot for the money. The rooms were small but extremely clean and comfortable. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars.

This a GREAT little hotel, just a short walk from the beach. What is best, is that the Hotel is about a block or so from the main shopping area in Laguna Beach, which is full of little shops and sure fun to shop in. Across from the Hotel is a Supermarket which makes the overall location of this hotel perfect. You will not regret booking this Facility!!
