Polite staff, free internet. Polite but as I mentioned in an emergency but very hospitable to help out even though it would have been very easy for them. Disappointed compared to Australian or American hospitality that I would have expected for customers staying for almost a week at their hotel.

I stayed here to rest up from the flight before moving on to a friends place for a month. It was not my first choice being to expensive. I ate outside the hotel as the restaurants inside were too expensive. I must add that i know my way around Japan very well so eating outside was not a problem. But, it is an excellent place for convenient location and service for a tourist. As I write this I am still in Japan.

This hotel has a great view and is completely priced. I love the free shuttle. It is 30 minutes away from the Kyoto train station, but the shuttle makes up for it. Hotel is located 30 minutes away by shuttle from the Kyoto train station. Wonderful views, and a beer garden with breath-taking views. There is a mall and food court attached to the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in Kyoto.

Clean, pleasant, spacious by Japanese standards. Location less than ideal, but not bad. Very nice, highly recommended.

Nice staff, clean environment, free shuttle to and from train station. Hard beds and 20 minute bus ride from Kyoto town. For the price, the hotel is pretty good. It is clean and the staff was very helpful. The beds were a bit hard and it takes at least 20 minutes longer if traffic to get to the main part of town. The free shuttle to and from the train station was very nice.

Close mall next door, free shuttle to rail station. This overall was a great hotel. Good location next to a mall with groceries and food court. The hotels had nice linens and were very clean. Great that you can rent bikes there as well. I would love to stay here again.
