The manager was nice when he reviewed the filthy moldy bathroom. It was moldy, had dirty furniture and a dirty thong left there by someone. This hotel is slightly run down. We asked for a clean room and they were full due to "leaf peepers". I will never stay there again. The food was tasteless. I believe the health department and the management of holiday inn should fire the entire staff.

Hotel was ok appeard to be clean but bathrom floor could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Thought they needed to have a monitar at the pool. There were a bunch of kids in the pool running snd splashing adn no adults to be found even though the signs said no one under 16 without an adult. We were right next to an outside door and the ice machine which was noisey. Restraunt was overpriced at least for breakfast and the kids eat free was a joke. They are restricted to very few choices.

Room was clean pleasant enough. Hallways and lobby didn't have a good smell, We were conderbed as to if the room would be the same. Thought it was a bit overpriced but okay.

Last minute room availability. Terrible breakfast quality. Very expensive. Price charged not reflective of hotel quality, but popularity of area around Killington. Poor quality breakfast buffet.

As an older Holiday Inn.. this hotel is what it is.. no bells and wistles.. a room, restaurant and pool.. staff okay.. nothing out of this world.. needs a bit of updating.. decor enhancement

N/A N/A Noisy heating system prevented me from getting any sleep. Temperature control unit on the wall is not operable. Front desk stuff does not pay attention to what they are doing. Access to the rooms is through a swimming pool and then through the maze of staircases. We had to change one room because of a very bad smell in it. Additional services, like wake up calls are not available due to the fact that room service phone number is constantly busy and cannot be accessed. Overpriced food at the bar with very poor service.

All of the employees are so friendly,My husband & I come here every year to celebrate my heart transplant. My donor lived in Rutland and I also visit his family when in town.food is delicious!! Room service is great for late sleepers!!

Full service and close to a nice restaurant in town. Fire alarm at 3 am. An inexpensive but great place for a skier.

The hotel was clean and the staff, attentive. It was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. The AC was either too cold or not effective enough and the shower pressure was low. The staff was very attentive and the hotel itself offered everything we needed.

Bedding was fine, Room was clean, Presentation was ok. Uses Kilington association, but is not located between Rutland/Kilington Wait staff was unkempt (hair, clothing) eyebrow rings by waitress was inappropriate for any Holiday Inn labeled hotel. Very slow and inattentive both days of our morning breakfast in the dining room.Front desk staff appeared to be an upgrade, but I'm not sure why. Who runs this place?

Friendly staff No hot water, nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. I needed to be in Killington for a conference, and this hotel was 30-45 minutes away by car. Rutland and Killington are not right next to each other, and they should not count as one location. There were motels very near my conference location that were much less expensive, which was particularly frustrating since the Holliday Inn was motel quality -- no hot water for my shower in the morning, not very clean bathroom, phones on lockdown, etc.

The scenery around the area is breathtaking Room met expectations and was comfortable. Staff not the friendliest group I've ever dealt with. Also group of young kids staying on the same floor were using the hallway like a play area. I blame the parents for that although the hotel staff should have put an end to it.

It was not as close to my preferred destination as I would have liked. Easy Highway Access, Rooms need a little better vacuuming. They also had new linens. Sheets had holes in them. Shower curtain needed replacing (mold on bottom). Room was a good size, included couch with pull out bed. Good size television and convenient parking. This hotel also had a gym and a very clean indoor pool along with two Jacuzzis and a sauna!
