The Holiday Inn King suite room gave our family plenty of room for a week end stay. The frig and microwave and couch area were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool at night.

Awesome bed, fabulous food. Paint smell, slowness of restaurant service due to under staffing. Great haven during flash flooding. Friendly staff; great having fridge in room and bed was terrific!

Loved the beds and the pillows. Hotel has a great breakfast which was included in the stay. The staff was sincere and caring, Indoor pool is good for kids. We had a pool side room, watched the kids play in the holidome. They had fun, it was nice to see they had security at night. We were passing though and just pulled in wondering because it is a older style Holiday Inn. But once you get in it is totally different.

The staff was friendly, courtious, and very helpful. We went to Jonesboro for a graduation, the hotel was located central to the activities we had planed for the time we were there. There was an event in the holidome area on night we were there & they advised us of it upon check in, because we had inside rooms(it was a little loud). The service in the dinning room is better during the week than weekend (free hot breakfast bar), because of fewer guest eating late-8:30 to 9:30am. The hot breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:30am with a nice slection of food. The house keeping department is quite accomidating as is the rest of the staff. Over all if I were to go back to Jonesboro I would stay there again.

I often stay at this hotel while visiting my family in Jonesboro. The staff is very friendly and accomodate my requests. The pool/hot tub are in excellent condition. This hotel is one of the few that actually serve a good breakfast.

I choose the Holiday Inn because of its indoor pool which was not open. The King leisure room was very small. There was barely enough room to walk between the bed and t.v. The bed was good and there was plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. I thought the price was a little high for what I received.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and the cleanliness of the room that we had. The motel is a little dated, but that comes with age. A good motel for the price range. We had no problems with the rooms, the pool, or the staff.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Holiday Inn in Jonesboro. Both times when I called to book and later to confirm, I was greeted warmly.The rooms are clean and have lots of room. The reading chairs are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi had an excellent connection, and I never got dropped. The work areas are also convenient. The rooms also have a small refrigerator and a microwave. The free, hot breakfast buffet is all good food. The indoor pool is clean and well heated. The fitness center has a good variety of equipment. We are very happy with this hotel.

The hotel room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There were stains on the lamps, the floors appeared dirty. The temperature of the room was hard to control, it was very cold, and it was 20 degrees outside. The coffee pot was dirty, visiable dust on it. I was very displeased with my stay here, and will not stay again.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Would stay again. I was close to the pool and hot tub. Therefore, noisey at times. I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative I have is my room was on the inside of the hotel (which was great since I traveled alone). However, it was over the pool and hot tub area and I could hear all the activity that took place around the pool and hot tub. The activity usually ended around 10PM. My room would be great for a family with kids.

The breakfast is great and the hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms in the Holidome are loud if there is a wedding reception going in the ball room. The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. The Holidome rooms while safer can be noisy.
